Springvale Shopping Centre

Excellent market for fresh fish, meat and veggies. Cheaper than other markets in greater Melbourne. But parking can be a problem if you come at a busy time.

One stop shop. The KFL here even has complimentary lockers to put ur stuff in while u shop. Theres a kitchenware place stocked with all kitchenware u need. Butchers. Fresh seafood. Fruits n vegetables. Last hour of trading expect bargains from fruit n vege traders.

Fifty years ago, Springville was a quiet and beautiful town. A railway runs through the northern part of the town. The railway station is a white wooden house. Next to the train station is a shoe repair shop. These all give people a particularly cordial feeling. At the end of 70 years, a refugee camp was established here. Then the Asianization starts here. There will be more and more stores in Asia, and more and more stories, gathering people from all over the world. Now it is the cheapest, most attractive restaurant, favorite and must-visit place in Australia.

Plenty of variety food and Asian snack, very busy on Saturday, hard to find parking, bring lots of cash because you will spend them.

It always beautiful to go to Springvale shopping centre to see what's open.

The OLD Springvale Hub SC! Still call it that! Been going for years! Great atmosphere, nearly always busy with Asian shoppers buying their fresh groceries! Has 4 excellent green grocers, with various lines, all affordable and with lots of variety!

I live in Dandenong, but often come here to stock up on fresh fruit & veg. It is CHEAPER for me to drive to Springvale & back to shop than it is for me to just drive into Dande Plaza SC, and go to the grocers there etc! I still come out ahead!

Has some great cafes, a 5 star Chinese restaurant upstairs, 2 butchers and seafood mongers, along with the ever amazing KFL/IGA supermarket!

Also the place to get great banh mi rolls and asian baked goodies!

Cookware and hair salons as well as coffee!

Always a great shopping experience!

Always enjoy shopping at the Springvale market and shopping centre, if you got a bit of time and like walking around then you can always find the best prices. And love the variety food

The mecca of seafood and asian goods! Hold on tight to your wallets because it will become empty fast from the large array of goodies you can find here.

Just before Chinese New Year, the streets outside of the Springvale Shopping Centre is ghostly quiet.

Inside the centre, only some shops are relatively busy. It is nice that I can enjoy a bit of Chinese New Year atmosphere with some shops putting up lanterns and decorative items.

I am very impressed that the Springvale Shopping Centre atrium and the vertical edges separating the ground and first floor are painted pillar box red, just right for the occasron.

Springvale Shopping precinct is large, caters mainly for the Asians / Chinese. They are many dry goods groceries, fruit and vegetable groceries, seafood retailers, mixed business, variety stores, and restaurants and food courts.

It is a great day out, and fantastic experience.

Great place to shop for fresh food but soooo many people. No social distancing happening there today.

Total Upgrade very tired looking The shops in general are very unattractive Should have a Plaza and demolish many of the small shops especially in the main street. Council should do there job

Money hungry grabbing centre and lacks support for shoppers. There are 6-7 hand sanitizer units and none of them working.
Stop pretend to be COVID safe centre and follow the regulations.

The facility needs serious upgrades including the nasty toilet block and tiles on the floor.

Nice market, crowded but cost effective; all varieties of fresh food available there such as vegetables of international taste, meat, chicken, seafood and varieties of super markets. Go there with a couple of hours to spend.

Wandering around and the vibrant colour of the food and people all the decorations going up for Chinese year of the pig come down and check out the restaurants etc a fab place and great food double thumbs up

I was very disapointed today with a staff in KFL supermarket. Me and my wife was merely asking about a product and this male staff just gave us a stare and said "what"? I would advise the management to train the staffs better. You just lost a loyal customer - my wife, she loves the place, but i will do eveything in my power to stop her from going there again ever.

A fruit and vegetable shop in the centre did the unthinkable, I had went in to buy some fruit and I chose a few mangoes, while I was getting my money from my wallet the cashier swapped the good fruit I chose with old fruit and was bad. This is a complete disgrace to this country and this shop should be shut down and the people fined.

I was enquiring about casual leasing information to management and i couldn't believe the rudeness of the manager there. Kevin Attwood is his name, he was rude, abrupt and really unprofessional in answering my basic questions to him. He was more worried about his laptop work then actually answering anything. Handed me his card and literally showed me the door!

I love shopping here. Have room in your freezer before coming here. Really well priced fish, seafood and meat. Lovely fresh produce and new veg and fruit varieties to try.

What a sh.hole! Smells, parking is terrible. Filth everywhere. Toilets are disgusting. Yep a real dirty Asian experience in the middle of suburbia. Doesn't the health inspector ever visit that place?
