Springside P-9 College reviews
25Dad brings me to school everyday, he's really fun, I love him a lot, he's the best, however the school isn't. It isn't the best.: (
So my son gets into trouble at school fair enough, he gets a "lunchtime Detention" for being late to his class, understandable. Misses Lunchtime Detention receives an "Afterschool Detention". Ok but how as a school are you going to support him to avoid this situation in the future? All the teachers here dish out consequences like its a joke. But all of the teachers never support the kid, and help the kid to avoid this situation. This is what it looks like. "here is your detention for missing a lunchtime detention. If you miss it, it will become an IBR. " What non sense is that? It should look like "Why didn't you turn up to your lunchtime detention? "Because i forgot" Well then maybe. " and figure out a way to prevent this in the future and if it is a repeated offence, then give out the APPROPRIATE consequences.
Awful school, worse than my regime in Germany. Won't hire Germans, only hires people without blue eyes and blonde hair. (white people, as a previous user stated, they don't even allow blacks.)
My colleague went undercover and we saw the traumatic experiences done to black students, by teachers.
They hate my son and my son is a great student but he gets a lot of blows from the teachers for doing nothing wrong. I went to an interview and they had the utter most ridiculous excuses to almost throw a chair at him.
My son is in year eight, and he constantly comes home with bruises, cuts and sometimes worse. The school does NOT handle bullying well and bullying is a severe issue. It's a very dangerous place I'm planning on taking my son out
