Spotlight South Morang

The service is extremely slow. Waiting in a line for 30 min and it were just 2 people in front of me. Please improve your customer service

Date 16th Sunday. Time 1.30pm. Counter curtains and blinds. The female staff on duty took good 25 minutes didn’t even look at me, but spent talking with the couple (customers in front of me) at the counter, on her personal life, own home, her children and her cat and dog.etc. At the end I had to interrupt her politely to ask my very short question where she only needed to give “yes / No” answer. She was very rude told me she was only doing her job.
Manager! Pls look into this.

Dirty and unkempt. The place looked like a tornado had gone through it. There were items all over the floor where people can trample on them. I would not buy from there. Walked in, around and straight out again! Pick up your game Spotlight.

Great place to shop. However some sales assistants are not the best with customer service. That was disappointing.

I was served by Daniel in furnishings- absolutely awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

I got the exact quilt cover with tones of greys, white & black which was perfect for mr room and at the time it was 40% off. Great saving

Spotlight at South Morang is much bigger than my local Spotlight in Shepparton. I was able to get some great bargains. A pity so many shelves were empty. Spotlight is about the only store that I know of that has such a great range of scrapbooking products. Thanks Spotlight

If I was going to travel to buy material it would be to the South Morang store.
The staff are helpful at all Spotlight stores but South Morang has a better range of material etc. They seem to take better care of their fabrics too.

My favourite spotlight in the state. Huge store, not only has the stock it is ment to. The store itself is big enough you can walk around with enough space. Very clean store. Never had an issue with staff

Not all products (eg bed sheets) have the prices in place, you need to look at the check price scan

Every staff member I spoke to was rude, and made no effort to be polite in anyway. I had an issue with a price, as I had double checked it was definitely on sale, and staff made no eye contact or acknowledged me while I tried to speak to them. They only spoke to each other and were blunt and rude. They were all middle aged women acting like teenagers who hate their jobs. Absolutely unprofessional all round.

Went in to grab some hellium balloons for our son. We only needed 3. Service was friendly and unlike the spotlight I visited before, this spotlight store made sure I was still a member and updated my details.

Very busy store and well set out, stock was a bit scarce due to the lifting of restrictions. I enjoyed shopping there. Great bargains

For click & collect you can be left waiting in the car park for 20-30 minutes which has now happened to me twice! Surely it can not take this long. On one occasion I was the only person waiting for a parcel the whole time I was there.

When l went it was busy, had to wait to get in-store but it was first day of opening after lock down. Lines moved pretty quickly, got what l needed in store and was happy with how the store looked.

Went to collect balloons for a customer, they gave me the wrong ones had to wait 40 minutes for them to put together the correct order. Very poorly handled from woo to go.

Love a visit to spotlight.very short staffed however looked around the whole store twice to try and find someone to show us a location of an item. Left without speaking with anyone. But still love their range.

Great store. Great variety. Lots of friendly knowledgeable staff around to assist with enquiries. Some great specials on too!
