Went to the counter, stood in line for about 15 mins. Finally got to the front, and the girl told me that they're "not allowed" to cut velcro there and i would have to go back to a fabric counter. No signs written anywhere that make this statement, near the product OR while waiting in line for the cashier. Also, the girl was rude, no apology. I told her they should put up signs telling customers of this, and she just gave me a blank look. Needless to say, i will buy online instead. And will not be going back to this store again.

Typical Spotlight experience. Big store full of a good range of products. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait in line to pay can be long but I guess this is a first world problem and a sign of the stores popularity.

They had everything I needed for the cutest baby shower and being that I'm so pregnant my brain wasn't working and the staff helped more than I would ever expect.

Had to ask 3 different staff members for help in locating a specific pair of scissors as most would just say a general area. It was in a complete different part of the shop. Staff need to follow through and take the customers directly to the stock

Quite the selection of linen, curtains & accessories, material etc.
Great store to keep a lookout for when sales hit, you'll definitely find a bargain on quality homewares.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Enjoy a cuppa or bite to eat at the reasonably priced coffee shop next door, small establishment not a large dining facility. Lovely Gluten free selection amongst the moderate sized menu.

I bought an article at this store on February 22 this year, it was not suitable but Covid restrictions prevented me returning it until end of May. Spotlight staff refused to accept the unused article as it was more than 28 days. Despite Covid Lockdown! I will not be shopping there again. And they have not responded to my email within the last 28 days!

Always too busy to help I've experienced this each time I've gone to this store not a happy customer

Great variety of goods however you wait so so so long for service at the counters that l walked out today. So annoying and the limited staff that are present work so hard.

Staff in haberdashery were very helpfil, however the register girls need a personality infusion

Maybe it's just my eyes but the lighting in there is not great. Also it's difficult to find things you're after, even when asking staff.

Decent store, parking can be a problem as this location is shared with a few other big box stores.

Big place, clean and stocked well, plenty staff on floor to help. And BUSY yet plenty of staff on checkouts (no self serve thank fully) thank you Spotlight

Prices are good on most items. Service was very slow tho. Not enough staff on even tho they have been flat out for 10 weeks.

The last two times I’ve walked out of that store I’ve felt uncomfortable and annoyed. It’s either been deceiving advertising or slightly obnoxious staff with grumpy faces, probably a bit of both.

Staff know their stock, they are most helpful, and very patient. I enjoy my trips there. If it, s busy, you may have a short wait, but they constantly do their best to help you.
