Spotlight Fountain Gate

Worst experience ever. My item was faulty and the store manager refused a refund and kept telling me that it was my fault, if I buy an expensive item I expect quality and expect it to last me at least 1 year. Jaquie was very unprofessional and rude. Time for spotlight Narre Warren to re-consider her position, she cannot do her duty professional enough. Not to forget she had the audacity to tell me to ‘shut up’.

Great place but service below par. Rude old ladies. Pricing on products are not always right eg missing barcode or promo not clear

Disappointed a bit, not a great selection 4ply wool, however did go with something, my hardest choice was choosing buttons, did not get any buttons, the button come in selected packets of 4,6,8, etc and I only wanted 3 buttons, plus none of the buttons looked good, ill have to look around for better buttons.

Fantastic store for the 'crafty' person. Everything you will ever need and reasonable prices, one of the tidiest Spotlight I have ever been in.

Store seams to be too small for all the stoc, a little untidy, but always seems to have what we need

Very untidy shop, seams to be too much stock for the room available, isles blocked with stock, hard to move a trolley around the store.

15 minutes in line to buy a metre of fabric. Meanwhile they're putting rolls of fabric away while the queue gets bigger.

Not even a star worth, staff members are horrible. One said the direction to the next corner other said without even looking at it 'NO'. No courtesy, rude reply. I don't understand how these people passed their interviews to get the job. I just walked out and got my things done from a different shop. They should understand customers pay their salary not the company.

Same as most Spotlight stores. Wide variety of crafts and fabrics and other items. Staff were friendly when spoken to.

Had everything I wanted. Pleasant staff. Only got four because gift cards have an expiration date. Should be illegal.

Crowded, which is expected this time of year and a wheel chair parking was taken by a lady showing no parking permit and walking quite well unaided.

Always lovely staff that are only to happy to help you find that item and then serve you with a smile

I found this place cluttered and hard to find things.organised chaos but had a good range of everything. Staff were helpful.

Amazing selection and range but was so busy and understaffed it was hard to get any help and I've walked out not having everything I need.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've had to date. Staff activity avoid using any eye contact in fear that they would have to actually in fact, help.

As a spotlight store this store will have everything you need. However, everytime I go into this store I have found the staff appear blunt, unhappy and in some cases rude. As I've learnt you're better off driving down the road to Cranbourne store where you will receive excellent, friendly, and helpful service with a smile!

Ok for self serve stuff but no staff available to talk about products. I feel the counter area is an ohs nightmare for staff

Quite a large spotlight store for everything from crafts to bedding. Nothing more to say really. Not great but not bad either, if you know spotlight then this is simply another one.

What can I say, us woman love Spotlight as much as the boys love Bunnings. The $40 off vouchers are fantastic. Only negative would be not enough staff on the floor when needing assistance, takes a long time to find someone to assist and then when you do they can't answer your question.
