Spotlight Box Hill

Visited this store several times. Also visited some stores in different locations. I recommend you visit any other store besides Box Hill for clear prices, correct discounts and proper customer services.

Great location, great store. Has all the arts and crafts also party shop. Love browsing around and staff are akways helpful and knowledgable. Looking forward to next visit.

Great selection of products available and excellent customer service, I had an issue with my purchase and staff member Courtney went above and beyond to help me out!

Poorly managed. Staff standing around in one section while customers queue for an age in another.

Friendly helpful staff, ample parking, wide variety, craft lovers will easily lose sende of time in there

Purchased a quilt cover yesterday at Preston spotlight and went to return it at Box Hill. The manager at Box hill said I couldn't return it because it was "used" (rolling it out of the packet apparently constitutes it being used). I rang head office on speaker and they said it was up to the local manager to issue the refund which she refused to give. I then went to Springvale Spotlight and received a full refund. I am disappointed that she wasted my time and made me run around to get a refund when not even 24 hours had passed since making the purchase. I hope someone can look into this because I won't be going to Spotlight again to purchase a quilt cover if this is the treatment I will get.

Cool store. Has some great bargains and very nice manchester. I would recommend heading here if you like homewares and sewing. There’s a car park right out front with ample parking. It’s an average sized Spotlight store.

Great sized spotlight, can never seem to find staff though to help you have ti search for them.

Signage advertising products on sales was confusing. Was charged full price on what I assumed based on signs would be 40% off.

The management and work practices seem to slow things down a lot. Every day is a Sunday it seems.
Helpful and pleasant staff, it's just a shambles. Online is a cacophony of disorder, have had orders cancelled with no effort to contact us or offer replacement products.

The carpark is crazy.the store is jam packed making it hard to social distance. 2 staff on the front door a line of customers 20 people long. Felt sorry for the staff as they appeared to struggle to cope

No store map at the front door to guide you where you want to go, so makes navigation to the area you want.

Love this place! Had a sale on patterns, 2 for $12. Clearance cloth i was able to buy 4mts for almost the price of 1mt. Wide variety of goods. Helpful sales people. Join the club, it's free, for discounts.

Good range of fabrics and wool. Not too many staff available to help though. Always have to wait to be served.

Busy car park with lots of inconsiderate drivers. Store itself is congested and team seems unwilling to assist. Got what I needed though

The shelves for the DMC have been moved and placed out of order which is very poor attention to detail. Also, the DMC threats are poorly stocked.at this time.

I like the store and the variety but I have to always check their prices because what’s displayed and what’s charged at the cashier can be very different. When I highlighted it to them when I was purchasing it, the staff said that they will do it for me like it was a favour and didn’t admit that it was the store’s mistake.

Great to arrive and find that everything was 40% off however service was a major let down. Not friendly or particularly helpful. Not even asked for my membership at the counter and it was only when I go home I realised I could have saved $20. Not really many other choices so it's a case of live with it I guess and maybe that explains the service.

Pls improve the customer service level.worst customer service ever experienced in recent years.

Returned $54.00 item. The same credit card was used as for the purchase. Why was my name, telephone number, address and Drivers License number also required? This is excessive collection of personal data. Most was totally unnecessary and an invasion of my privacy.
