Spotlight Box Hill

I went in a quiet day and the staff were completely delightful. And helpful. Got exactly what I needed, with a smile.

There's a variety of home and garden decor products besides sewing materials and supplies for the family but the products are haphazardly arranged which makes it difficult to browse through the isles.

Good place to buy blinds, curtains, bedsheets, quilts etc. Check your purchased item before leaving the store as there might be damages. I experienced it couple of times.

Surprisingly good. Very cheap. I knew about fabrics but the home decor is brilliant lots of plants fake of course but good fake and also house maths and cooking equipment

Great spotlight store. Big.clean. Staff know where everything is and are easy to find near the payment counter. Overall a quick visit. Got what I wanted and left. Easy.

Difficult to get to and items put in the wrong place are misleading. The staff are friendly but l left without buying what I needed.

Very big store. A bit hard to find things but the staff know where everything is and the lady i spoke to knew exactly the curtain hooks I wanted and got them for me.i was out in a ew minutes. Only hold up is the counter because people are motly buying items that take time to process. So extra staff is needed to do the counter whenever there is a line up. But still an xlnt store

Worst customer service experience of my life. Went to get a refund for something I purchased last week as a VIP member, misplaced my receipt. I know they can reprint my receipt by looking up my VIP file they refused to do so and manager told me they changed there IT system and can no longer do it, she told me to contact head office which I did and they said all stores have the ability to check up recent history. I already knew this as my mum works at spotlight in another store. I have tried calling to advise them what head office said they don't answer the phone as I don't want to go back into store and be humiliated again. I can't understand why they would just lie. Just do your job. Why would one store have access to something that another store doesn't? Doesn't make sense. Am going to take this further 100%. Was initially served by Jenny (who was not bad) and then rude "manager" with short blonde hair, very dismissive. Just rude people. Everyone's complains about this stores customer service. GET. YOUR. ACT. TOGETHER.disgusting.

The shop at Box Hill is quite big with different variety of products. However, we have to look carefully for quality products. As of Dec-2021, you can join the Spotlight VIP club for free online and get member discounts. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Online it said they had stock, drove all that way and they didn't have them. Told its not accurate online and I should have called first!

The Box-hill store refused to exchange a faulty air-fryer even though it wás still under warranty.

There is a lot of stuff here, amazing they could squish it all in! Can't wait to go back and look around more slowly.

Great store, is quite large but sometimes a little bit too cluttered. Quite easy to navigate around.

Awful experience… their customer service is way bad. I visited there twice to inflate balloons with helium and they denied to do so. Even though i talked to one girl prior to that.

Lady at the party shop was an angel!

Though she was very busy she did me a favour and made me some balloons (helium inflated).

Lots of items but no staff to help. If you're going to have a sale then please put on more staff. The store is huge & i wasn't going to roam around aimlessly so I just walked straight out.

Lots of products on the floor but very hard to find any staff on the floor to assist you and when you do, they are impatient and respond to your request in a robotic way. Very poor customer service and poor product knowledge in general. If i can help it, i will avoid going there.

Ladies at the balloon shop accommodated me on a Sunday even though I hadn't made a booking and produced some amazing balloon bundles, very skilful, thank you!

Stuffed to the hills with goods and products. Still a great place to shop for curtains and blinds. So happy to see them around and we'll alive!
