Amazing swim school with even better staff! I am currently in the squad program and I swear it's the best workout I've ever had! If you're passionate about swimming or wanting to learn how to swim I would highly recommend going here as it's such an incredible place and just heaps of fun all round.

It's a very clean facility that I can recommend for child from 6months onwards. We'll treated swimming pool and friendly staff with highly qualified instructors. My eldest started when she was 6months and now she's 3+. Highly satisfied with programs they offered throughout the last 3 years.

Our family has been swimming with Splash's for over 12 years.
Our children love and enjoy their lessons.
Best part you can enjoy a coffee while watching your kids swim.
Thanks Splash's

Our children love their classes at Splash's. They are so much more confident in the water. The staff are fantastic.

It is ok however pool is 60% pee and the staff expect you to swim like Natalie Du Toit. Also theme is a bit babyish but good for toddlers. I quit in 2014 because they only taught me ‘turning arms’ (freestyle) and ‘windmill’ (backstroke). Lucky I don’t go there anymore.

Pools are nice and so are the beautiful clean change rooms however the staff expects you to swim like professional athletes which can get annoying.

My niece has been swimming in this swimming school for 2 years. She even photographed and help them advertise. Joe is a great teacher unfortunately staff are unfriendly. Staff said the conversation between me and her is sick and disgusting when I am trying to discuss the proof for make up classes over phone. This really make me feel verbally abuse even I am not a native English speaker. I was thinking of this school is near St. Margaret’s School will make my niece swimming lesson easier without distance travelling, but now this is totally changed my mind and really disappointed. I will never let my niece back to this swimming school again, never ever, I rather to pay 2 swimming lessons without my nice absence there.

Splash has a serious shortcoming with their billing system. They don't follow the standard 1-2 week notice period concept which is prevalent in most places. If you are terminating the enrolment on the 22nd of the month, you need to pay for the entire next month. Although they make you sign up for this, it is wrong. You should have a notice period and only charge for that period.
My son was going overseas for 2 months- so when I called up to cancel the enrolment after their cut-off date, I was told I have to pay for the whole of next month. As I had signed up for this I had no choice but to pay. The person confirmed my cancellation on the phone but didn't actually cancel the enrolment. Therefore I ended up paying for the second month. The director sent me an email saying you haven't submitted the cancellation form which was never sent to me in the first place. I wrote back requesting a waiver on the next month's fee if my son comes back, got no response from them. Very poor way to treat your customers.

We had one great teacher at the school, but unfortunately our whole experience was soured by very terrible and rude customer service from staff, especially a "customer service" representative who was completely difficult to deal with. The inflexible billing system is really a money making scam, and probably explains why our lessons started each term with 8 children but finished with only 1 or 2 children. Perhaps if they concentrated more on having consistently good teachers (our fill in teacher was terrible and made the lesson traumatic!) and better customer service from the admin team, they wouldn't have such a high drop out rate. But i don't think they care or listen to feedback as they only gave us smart alec replies when we tried to resolve our issues directly. One person in particular should not work in "customer service" as she has a dismissive phone manner and no interest in listening to genuine concerns from genuine customers. We will never go back.

Our boys have been going to Slashs for over a year and a half and love it. They love their teachers and we believe that it is the perfect place for their development. Our boys are 6 and 3 and a half.
