Amazing and friendly staff! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get their child into swimming lessons

No code of ethics/conduct when it comes to change rooms, total absence of decent morality! I am changing my little daughter and son, a grown man walks in take a All His cloths off and the junk out in open when little ones are there, confronted him and he went complained to reception, later I complained to reception of his actions, the brushed it aside
As if he was in the right and I was in the wrong!

Sad that world has come to this.

Took 6 years old daughter and son for swimming session, the bathroom were very dirty. 4 hours after Coming back from the swimming both of them got very sick, took them to the emergency, found out that they have gastro. They need to sanitise the place and the water

My 4 year old had his trial this morning, he is terrified of water. His instructor was Bella and from the minute he met her; he felt comfortable and got right into the water. He participated and she had him floating, swimming with a noodle and blowing bubbles! The place is great, staff are amazing and customer service is next level. My son is super excited to start his lessons.

I love splashes so much! The staff are so welcoming and supportive towards my kids I love it! I recommend splashes to all my family and friends. My kids love coming here and really look forward to coming every week! Such a clean and quiet environment I really recommend to everyone!

Been going to the competition for the last couple of months. So glad we've switched! Staff are lovely, facilities are great and prices are better. Very happy!

Good swim instructors. My kids had great instructors for the past few years. We stopped for other commitments and came back to continue.
Just sad when the good instructors left.
Very prompt response from the friendly reception - sometimes they are the swim instructors too.
A little cafe is in the swim school so parents could grab a coffee and snacks.
Can’t make it for a lesson, cancel and have 3 months to book a makeup online.

The staff are super friendly, so many great teachers. Both our sons love coming to swimming. Even better we see improvements every class. Chopping and changing classes is super easy too. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this school. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming at the centre. My daughters were very nervous around water and since coming here their confidence has soared. We had a moment with one daughter being afraid to go in again, but the staff knew how to talk it through with her and made her feel comfortable to join in again. I’m very thankful

Good place to get COVID-19 positive if you haven't had one. We came here last week and the trainer was so sick with flu and she gave it to us all. Few hours after attending the site my wife got so sick because of one of the trainer who was sick. We never had covid until last week. We will never be attending this place and would never take my child for swimming lessons. This place allows staff to provide training even though they are sick and covid positive

Our son Shia has been coming here since he was 6 months old, we initially had Joe, who was amazing. She was so lovely and the class is a lot of fun. Now he's a toddler we have Jane, who has been so patient and kind. Highly recommend, lots of fun and lovely staff:)

Staff are amazing and have gone above and beyond my expectations in their customer service and trying to make my little man comfortable. I would just say"good people with good hearts exist. Thank you Zoey, Brittany and Jeanelle". Looking forward to my son having more classes here.

Professional staff; Responsible & Sensitive coaches. We had our lil one who was very reluctant in the starting, however the coach made him feel comfortable, played with him in the pool with toys till he felt at ease. Today our son looks forward to his classes

Very disappointed with this centre. Poor teachers with extremely poor management staff. Kept my daughter at the same level for almost a year. One session she would be in higher class, next session at a lower level. I had to argue and ask for the manager, only then things moved forward. My daughter started when she could not even walk and now she is 7. Really regret to waste those years here. Glad we changed to another swim school and now I can see the difference in her progress.

This place is fantastic. I was a little overwhelmed the first day because it was noisy with a lot going on.

To be honest though if you can just relax enough and enjoy it you will be thanking yourself. Staff are 10/10, every single person I dealt with. They do love the kids and work so hard with even the difficult ones.

My daughter generally has random fear of males but her male teacher Brad is the absolute best, my daughter raves every night “he’s so funny Mummy, I don’t feel scared of getting my head wet anymore”.

Small class sizes and extremely accomodating to skill sets and age groups. Can’t recommend them enough.

My daughter is still very new here and I've been really happy, the staff are great, happy to answer any questions, are friendly and great with kids. The swim teachers are amazing, they make sure every person in the class is given equal attention and given some extra help when it's needed. Really good set up as well
Highly recommend

They lock the disabled toilet and make you ask for the key so most people can go to the toilet whenever they want, disabled people have the indignity of asking for permission to urinate. I would give zero stars if I could
