Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They provide best comfort for non Asian people. Especially staff Anna is very friendly and helpful. Quality food, good ambience.

Verdict - would return: fresh food, tasty broth and all the gimmicks in between!
Liked - mashed shrimp with fish roe, wild mushroom broth, Chinese cabbage, Chinese donut
Disliked - portion size for a few items i.e. Vegetable combo, tofu
Other comments - excellent service, very covid friendly especially with the sauce station

Amazing food and great ambience! All the food are extremely fresh and excellent quality. Staff are super friendly, very attentive and are extremely helpful in ordering and even while enjoying the meal. The restaurant is very clean and well managed. Would definitely come back for more!

We had so much fun sharing a delicious and authentic hotpot with friends post lockdown. The service was exceptional! All the waiters were really attentive and friendly. All items were fresh and good quality and we particularly enjoyed the Wagyu dressed Barbie (an homage to Lady Gaga?), the cuttlefish balls filled with fish roe and seafood dumplings. The sauce bar had a great variety and you can also top up the black fungus and branches appetisers, which I loved. Expect to spend $50-60 per person. Well worth it for the experience and quality. Thanks for a great night out!

Awesome hot pot restaurant with a large variety of meats and seafood! If you love hotpot then I highly recommend you visit Spice World. Beautiful interior as well!

Had lunch yesterday. The service was great as well as the ambience.
The combination hotpot of spicy chilli butter and mushroom broth was amazing and it matched really well with other stuff esp.with beef brisket and hand made shrimp paste (served in bamboo).

The place received my booking but once I got there at time the place was closed. Irresponsible staff.

Really fabulous choice of food. Can tailor choices to your liking, be it extra spicy or mild. Delightful experience. Staff and manager are fabulous.

My first experience here was wonderful. The staff are very welcoming and look after you. If you haven't had hot pot before they will take the time to teach you.
Great food although it might be a bit expensive but the service makes worthwhile.

Had the best night here. The manager and his team were super friendly and welcoming. They made our night really fun and helped us make the sauces. We clearly looked like it was our first hot pot experience. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty of things on the menu I could eat.

A bit on the pricey side, but the service and food were really good. Very comfortable ambiance. Restaurant was really clean and staffs were very helpful. I would recommend to my friends any time.

Spice World is great and fun!
The service is thorough and attentive. We received excellent advice helping us choose our dishes and the staff were always there to answer our questions. Look for the "hot pot teddy bear. " Take the offer of an apron, you won't regret it. I think there's a reason why Spice World is taking over the world.
The pricing is not cheap eats but great value. Its delicious!
We look forward to coming back soon, if only to try the "barbie doll" which looks amazing.

Quite an experience! Presentation is beautiful, service is impeccable and the food is delicious. It's quite elaborate so if this is your first time, bring with you someone who's had hot pot before to make it more enjoyable.

We went to Chinatown to look for restaurants for our 7th year anniversary and the husband unexpectedly chose this restaurant having no idea what a hotpot is all about. The food is superb, we all love it including our two young kids. They have varieties of sauce and food to choose. The service is extraordinary, the staffs are very attentive and helpful. The environment is very cosy and clean. Highly recommend to anyone.
