Osber is super friendly and nice. Best hotpot in Chinatown. The food is fresh and great atmosphere to have dinner and spend time with friends.

Me and a friend were walking looking for something to eat when we stumbled upon this Gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and shown our seats, the staff were very attentive and even helped us to order our delicious food

Excellent! The restaurant’s view and food are so amazing. But the thing that makes me want to come back is the customer service. Our waiter - Tom, he’s so lovely and gorgeous. He suggested everything for us to have the best choice for our dinner. Thanks to him, we also can get delicious sauces and desserts. We had for the first time hotpod and really enoyed it. The stuff (especially) Tom was really helpful and explained everything to us. Very tasty food and really Clean and tidy Restaurant. I can definitely recommend it.

Very good.
The highlight for me was the chicken broth, absolutely astounding flavour.
Just be careful when telling them what heat level you want, we asked for mild as we had our daughter with us, we were brought broth that was super spicy. And that's coming from people who were brought up on, and continue to consume very spicy food.

Will return when back in Melbourne.

The food is so yummy. We were so in love with deep fried pork belly. The soups are so delicious and variety of sauces available. The customer service is phenomenal. I really like the vibes there. All the staffs are very caring. Best one in China town for me.

Best customer service ever! The staffs were very professional. M8 Oyster blade slices is good, the 1m tray of lamb brisket is good for sharing as well, for first timer try the tomyum soup base or mild spicy soup base as well as the signature broth.

For Two people trying out their first time probably 2 individual small pot and for 3 or more people get the big pot is better value.
