Have been trying to get the handle reattached to the shower door for a long time but kept getting told I would have to replace the whole shower screen. Called Speedy and they were confident they could fix it. And true to their word, they came out a few days later, fixed it and gave it a bit of a service. Every one was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them)
I had Danny measure our ensuite for a new advantage shower screen and large bathroom mirror. He was excellent to communicate with my quotes and installation was quickly organised by Kiara Tri installed the shower screen what an experienced tradesman a pleasure to deal with. Mick and Nigel installed the mirror with ease what a fantastic pair I’m still laughing.great company ang great staff.

As a business owner, we have used Speedy Shower Screens on a regular basis for many years and highly recommend this business to anyone. Daniella and the team have fantastic communication, communicate throughout the end to end process and provide a fabulous installation service.
Brilliant from start to finish and I would highly recommend! They were speedy in their reply via a Facebook message query, Evan from the team called me and helped discuss my needs based on photos I’d sent. They offered to repair or replace my current shower screen. On the day, there was good communication about arrival time. Bomber and Emir were both friendly and worked promptly. They advised that they could easily repair the sliding door screen which saved me money for not having to replace the entire screen. It’s now working beautifully. I’m very impressed with the communication before/during/after the repair date and with the job done. Thanks speedy!

As their name says…Speedy! Quote was sent straight away, email question answered immediately. Pricing was good. Job scheduled and done all within a few days. Left everything clean, great job. Speedy are now my “go to” shower screen company!
My shower screen needed repairs, I had contacted other companies but had no luck getting them to come out and do repairs. Then I discovered Speedy Shower Screens, they made the whole process so simple. I sent a message and some photo's and received a message immediately and a quote for the repair on a Thursday and made a booking for the up coming Monday. Tony arrived Monday morning at the agreed time, and did a excellent repair so my screen is now operating perfectly. I absolutely recommend Speedy Shower Screens.
Initially spoke with and booked with Chantelle who was helpful and able to get me sorted while I measured on the phone, sent photo's and she confirmed what was best, awesome! Fix n Swing shower screen has now been installed and all is well and we would be happy to recommend their service.

RUN AS SPEEDY AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM Speedy Shower Screens. Worst customer service I have ever had! 3 month installation time. Lessons in Customer Service would be VERY helpful –
For example,
Don’t return calls – 1 excuse was all staff were at a showroom installation then at lunch. No return call after lunch. Nice pic on Facebook though.
Twice, different matters and different staff “I’ll look into it” but no answers.
Was told time delays were because of Covid and since they have moved office they find it hard to get staff to the Eastern Suburbs.
One call I was asking for Management and couldn’t get past the Office Manager even after 3 requests.
In another call I had to say I didn’t want to speak to the Office Manager I wanted Management. Don’t remember who I spoke to. I waited so long that I said, “you must have been reading my file”. He said “no”, I asked why I was on hold for 6 min then. “Oh, I read a bit. ”
Had a leaking brand-new installation TWICE - see attached
Invoice changes between dates. They took out the original trade discount for inconvenience and replaced it with cheaper unit prices, but the total was still the same – see attached
When the Operations Manager came to fix the second leak; he would not agree the invoice looked dodgy and said prices must have gone up and that covered the price increase.
Final booking for shower installation/fix up was Friday 29th April. Appointment booked for Friday 29th between 1.30 – 2.00. In two weeks’ time as I was away for 1 week.
I was TOTALLY over it and exasperated with this company.
Wednesday before the final visit, I get a call about the job payment and that is when I explained impatiently that the job hasn’t been finished yet and she said I am only trying to help you. I was so annoyed that I had to tell her I already had an appointment booked and when it was. I did this and hung up. To my absolute surprise she phoned me straight back to ask if had I hung up on her. I said yes and she proceeds to tell me I’m rude, she was only trying to help and that I am rude again, then she hung up - (pity she didn’t look at my file before calling)
Thursday before the final visit, received voicemail message chasing payment (must have gone into 90 days). Text replies start – I just couldn’t talk to them anymore.
I reply the job isn’t even finished yet.
Reply was “Can you confirm what needs to be done? As we will re-book it.
OMG!
Me - Really? Tony has been booked and confirmed 8 minutes after your message. This booking has been in your system for a couple of weeks.
Reply text – “No problems, I was asking so I could rectify the problem and get it fixed for you! Sorry for that, my mistake, have a nice night. ”
I read the above as very sarcastic as I had already been called rude by another office staff member and still had the same booking for the next day!

Monday 2nd May – call to chase money. I have waited 3 months for a working shower and they want payment prior and next working day.
