The team here are absolutely amazing! I ordered some contact lenses recently and whilst there was an issue with the order where they were delayed a fair while, the team were super professional and kind with their communication and follow up.

I would definitely recommend the Malvern store. In fact the rest of the staff, a girl with great runners and a young man sporting smart blue frames were also so congenial.

Not a good range of frames for me.
Wide frames where exactly the 2 frames from 2 years ago. Specials are misinformation, not by the staff or owner as much from the specsavers website. Staff were good no complaints.

Tom Reid the audiologist deserves 10 stars! I needed a test done urgently and after trying 4 other places to no avail, Tom was my fifth call and he fit me in last minute. I was nervous and he kept me calm, was very informative and explained everything each step of the way. Tom will never be my fifth call again, he is a now a first call! Thank you again Tom for all your help, can’t speak higher of your services.

Collected my glasses at 9am today. The man that served me is the rudest man in the world and definitely not what I expected from Specsavers. Grey hair, tattoos, beard, very, very short. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Staff at the store are first class. Head office is very bureaucratic and to get an appointment to have glasses is harder than getting a home loan. All asking unnecessary info. Hopeless

Accidentally left our glasses cloth at home and went in with the intention of buying a new one and the manager gave us 2 free ones. We will definitely be back when it’s time for new glasses thanks to the great service.

Don't run to schedule. Don't introduce themselves, Don't run to time. Too many people in store.
Optometrist, no idea of his name, seemed OK, but totally harried to keep to time. In the end, his prescription not accurate.
Visual field test held in tea room. Bad experience
Adam, oversold product and was quite rude. Glasses aren't any good. Adam told me it was my fault and try them for a few weeks before commenting further. Bad experience. I dont want to go back there, but what to do after I've already spent $250 with them. Overall, a BIG fail and no opportunity for redress. Dont choose Soecsavets Malvern.
