Specsavers Optometrists - Rowville

The optometrist - Andrew - is fantastic and very professional. But the shop assistant who serve me was kind of rude - service without a smile. 2 incidents 1) I don't have a mobile phone so can scan and she wasn't pleased. 2) When she was done with my paperwork, she gruffly said "sign here". No please. No smiles.

First experience with Specsavers STUD PARK today, and what a nice one it was. Even with the covid19 issues they were very professional yet friendly. What I thought would be a drawn out experience turned out a seamless, happy experience. Many thanks to Erica who looked after me.

Me and Josh received excellent service from Optometrist Monica Nguyen and all staff especially from Lesley today. Monica was very patient and explaining in detail the testing she was doing and gave us the best recommendation possible, absolutely professional. I have to say Monica by far is the best optometrist I had so far. Lesley was so helpful and friendly when Josh selecting his frame. Lesley was able to determine the right frame for Josh within seconds, that helps Josh expertised his decision making. Absolutely fantastic service delivered by the whole team, they make us felt warm and welcome and definitely will return and will recommend Specsaver Stud Park Rowville to friends.

I recently had an eye appointment and was very happy with the quality of eye care and customer service I received. It was straight forward and very convenient unlike other experiences i have had. High recommend and conveniently located with lots of parking and easy access.

This brand new store definitely delivered in terms of health care & customer service! Shout out to my optometrist on the day, Andrew, who was thorough and extremely knowledgable with eye health. I was surprised that the scans were bulk billed as I've always remembered having to pay an out of pocket expense for retinal photos at other optometrists. Definitely coming back and bringing all my friends and family here!

Best Specsavers I’ve ever been to!
As you may know, Specsavers is a franchise which means depending on the owner the experience can vastly differ from store to store. I’ve definitely experienced this and I can easily say my experience at Specsavers in Stud Park was the best I’ve had. Well done to Andrew and the team!
