The team at Specsavers Rowville, I can't speak highly enough of them. This is my first time needing glasses and I definitely needed a little extra help. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience elsewhere (not a Specsavers) that resulted in a completely botched prescription because I didn't buy frames from them. I bought two pair of glasses with the incorrect prescription through Specsavers but when I found out the lenses wrong, even though it wasn't their mistake, they gave me a new eye test, corrected my prescription and fixed the lenses in my glasses with no additional cost. I have since been back and bought two more pairs. Both times I have shopped with them, the entire team have gone above and beyond to help me find the find the right frames to suit me and my style. I was so overwhelmed and disappointed initially in the process, but you guys turned my whole experience around by treating me with respect, patience and kindness. Thank you so much. You have made a forever customer out of me.

Specsavers Rowville located at Stud Park Shopping Centre provides excellent service. The Premises they operate from is well maintained and the Staff are extremely polite and efficient - A pleasure to deal with.

My 7yo daughter has been seeing Andrew for the last few visits he is always so patient and encouraging as well as takes the extra time to listen to her when she goes off subject. The retail staff are great too always so friendly when we go in and very quick to come see you when you arrive

Staff and service were great, but prescription of multi focal isn’t good. Have had them adjusted once but still not correct

Efficient & friendly service by all team members made for a happy experience.
My glasses surprisingly were also ready earlier than expected just before Christmas so that was an added bonus.

Have been going here annually for about 3 years. Never had a bad experience. Today the assistant was Joel, a young man with a huge smile, personality and a willingness to listen and advise. Mike was the optometrist and he was new and awesome. Very happy customer, again

I was very disappointed today as I came in early to select frames before having my eyes tested The gentleman helping me with frames put them on a tray whilst I had a test when I came out the glasses had been put away and they asked me to have another look for frames I couldn’t see where the ones where which I had chosen so couldn’t pick any I will come back and have a look in a couple of weeks but I was very disappointed not getting any.

The best Specsavers store I’ve ever experienced.
Last time I ordered my glasses at Waverlygarden store. My glasses got ready late with some issues on the frame screws, so I had to return them.
Then I ordered the same from Rowville and this pair is perfect.
They provided me with free cleaning spray and also adjusted the sizing.
Rowville store is my favourite one. Perfect customer service.

Rating rowville specsavers 5. The customer service and the Optometrist was great. Really quick turnaround and professional. Highly recommend it.
