Specsavers Optometrists - Pacific Werribee

Found out I am partially blind today, but it was hard to be upset because the team at Specsavers Pacific Werribee were so kind and helpful.
Big props to Beth who may be the friendliest person that I've met all year. Jolly good show.

Such a rude staff price charging policy with name of racv nothing beneficial just too high price for bifocals and staff specially savanna such a ruthless and non professional lady the way she talk after checking price her behavior was not like customers satisfactory
Specs are so old fashioned not trendy look in such a high price

Been in the shop for at least 20mins and not being acknowledged. Shop was busy at the beginning but after 10mins it became quiet. Staff were chatting. One of the staff was serving customers, I was standing just next to them looking at frames. That staff went away in front of me after he served his customers. Not coming back.

The worst Specsavers (werribee plaza) store I haven’t been into, the manager think she knows everything.which she doesn’t. When you in customer services you should always always let customers finished their say before you reply. In this case “the manager” keep on over talk with customer. I am not very happy with their services at all. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS STORE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN WHOSE WEAR GLASSES and the quality on glasses is not there.: (

Absolutely fantastic service and friendly staff nothing is too much trouble bought my glasses 4 years ago 1 of the arms recently broke off went straight to them and they fixed immediately for free

The young man in the sales area that I dealt with was so friendly and helpful - and he also was very knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He adjusted my frames and explained everything I wanted to know in terms that were easy to understand. Very satisfied customer.

Visited this morning, great service from Maddison! Took her time to recommend two frames for me and made the experience very pleasant!

Specsavers is good, this store. - depends on who is assisting you in-store. This store has a really impolite store sales person. I wish more people would take time to review this person and the store take some action. I am not going back to this store.

Great service by most staff in a caring manner but one member Poppy was rude and degrading to my wife and was a disgrace to Specsavers. Not happy with her but all other staff are very professional and a delight to speak to.

I had Jan served me 2 years in a row~ she's a patient & lovely lady with nothing-too-much-trouble attitude:) a rare in customer service arena nowadays! ^^

Seem to only be interested in booking people in for Medicare covered eye tests, with no consideration for getting the right prescription. After going in twice, explaining I cant see with the glasses/ lenses they gave me. I was told "that IS your prescription", it clearly isnt if I cant see/ get headaches. Visited another optometrist and they confirmed this was the wrong script. Wouldn't recommend it, kept giving me unnecessary eye tests each visit, waste of money as I had to buy new glasses/ contacts with another company.

Friendly customer service, not a great range of products to choose, but good value for. Location is great and accessible throughout the plaza operating times.

The quality of the glasses was well below what I would consider adequate, in 6 months I had to take my glasses back over 9 times for repairs
