Specsavers Optometrists - Pacific Werribee

Had my appointment at specsavers Werribee today. Had the good fortune to be looked after by Hodan. Specsavers is lucky to have a person of her caliber on their roster. Hodan was engaging, insightful, professional and gave off chilled and awesome vibes. Need to pay her more specsavers.

Would not go back. Glasses felt cheap and always creaking. Miss sold glasses with wrong prescription.

I would like to specifically mention about a staff named “ Gautam” for his wonderful service at the Werribee branch. And highly recommend him for someone who needs advice on choosing the right specs frame

I was extremely happy with the fast and efficient service received. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The glasses ordered took about 2 weeks to delivered. I was happy with the final result. Will definitely recommend going here.

Very disappointed with Specsavers Werribee. Had an eye test in early October, picked out 2 new glass frames, one being for sunglasses. Got a msg 2 weeks later to say my glasses were ready for fitting and collecting. Made an appointment to collect and when I was there for my appointment and fitting to only find my glasses and sunglasses has the wrong lenses in them which I was very annoyed about, so the glasses had to be sent back. After 4 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything so I visited the store and was told they would look into the delay and contact me. Well heard nothing back and then 2 weeks later received a msg to stay they were ready for collection. Very disappointed at there service

Specsavers Werribee never fails to amaze me with their amazing customer service and care. Natasha ensured I had a great customer experience.

I went to Specsavers after being dissatisfied with another optomitrist. All of the staff at Specsavers have treated me very well and went out of their way to help. I was great to deal with a company who was not just out to get maximum dollars out of me.
The staff all have a very professional and friendly approach.

Had a great time, practically no waiting for my appointment, Lorna presented amazing customer service. And helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses for me.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE place if you expect to be served… was in their shop for at least 15mins and not 1 staff member asked if I needed help. I tried on most of the glasses and staff were falling over their feet to serve anyone that walked through the door! With money to spend I’m glad that I didn’t spend a cent there now! Ohh and this happened on 2 different visits. Had to unfortunately give 1 star as that was the minimum. Would give minus stars if could.

I can't say any negative at Specsavers. They are very nice team and always look after their customers. Special Thanks to Shannyn, Johan, Diana, Ash, Basira, and Michelle who are very nice and help me through all the process getting my eyes and specs.

Clean facilities, very accomodating, understanding, and best of all they are very nice people.always go beyond.
