Spanish Bar

A local favourite. The servings are deceptively generous and the flavours are brilliant. This place isn’t pretentious, it’s just friendly and warm with lovely food and great coffee. Worth a visit IMO.

Try the home made donuts guys amazing the chocolate sauce was fab service great the view onto the river fantastic and I sat on the chair pink sat on woohoo go there guys reasonable prices great service a great place for a bit of romance I will be back double thumbs up

The Spanish bar is a lovely place to go out standing staff that make you feel good and the food is high quality in a nice relaxed atmosphere highly recommend it to anyone

Tried french toast and definitely recommend it. A complete meal with Spanish spice and heaps of other condiments on a toast. My boyfriend had paella, it was okay only. We will visit again to try different dish.

Love the Spanish Bar, the Paella is my weekly 'go to' dish, my wife has the Spinach Fritters with Mushromms. Really awesome on a sunny day when they have the back area opened up.

This was the best entree and main meal we have had in a long time. The chilli mussels were sensational, the quinoa and prawn salad was so fresh and delicious but the ribs were to die for. Will definitely be going back soon.

They say first impressions are the ones that last. Lack of customer service is concerning. Sitting outside = being forgotten (did get drinks but that's it). Other customers being served before us. Have walk from the back on the footpath to get service/pay. Will not be coming back. Aldo menu looks very dated and needs a refresh IMO.

Great little place with great atmosphere, staff and the food is amazing. Loved it 'muy bonita'. Will definately be going back.

I just love going here. It's open all the time which means whether it's late lunch, dinner, brunch. I can get a great meal. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is lovely. Keep doing what you're doing.

Just ok.nothing special.i think it was better when they first opened the doors but has since gone down hill with food quality.

I go all the time! Coffee and atmosphere are wonderful, staff are incredibly polite. We take the kids for brunch and no whining! Sometimes feed the ducks! Or a quiet moment to ourselves for dinner or just a coffee. Inside or in their garden. Always lovely.

Great food, great beer (golden ale and dark ale recommended!), friendly service, busy and a bit noisy but fun!

Wonderful fresh and authentic Spanish cuisine. Better than some of the more fancied places in Fitzroy that I have been to in the past. Close to home which is a bonus! Love this place, great work guys!

Amazing food. Great ambience and staff are great. The owner has done a great job since this place opened well done. Sangria is a must.
