I dont recommend this radiology to people with medicare cards and Pensioner card but dont wanna be staffed around! They said that my medicare wasn't on the system for benefits, the Reception was up herself and so I called medic care, they said everything is on here so I went to the Eureka X-ray medical centre and I was so much nicer end all my stuff was there.

Just because their reception as had a bad day doesn't mean that I can have an attitude on them

The team at Sovereign Radiology are professional and empathetic. I would sincerely recommend this health care service! Thankyou especially to reception staff for being so helpful and informed. You deserve recognition for being so wonderful to deal with. Take care

The most professional radiology business in Ballarat. Kind caring staff, I’ve had steroid injections, and Dr Usher always gets the correct spot. Highly recommended.

Super professional staff and a beautiful, modern and comfortable environment. Justin was extremely compassionate and very kind during my brain MRI today - he is an incredible human being! Thank you for being so lovely and professional. Being a private clinic it can be expensive, but it is WELL worth it.

The staff member at the front door is the most friendly kind person I have spoken to, I get treated very badly by horrible people everywhere i go, it’s nice to be treated with respect and kindness, this person has excellent people skills perfect for greeting people, thank you for not being nasty to me, god bless you, I wish everyone is like this staff member, what a wonderful world it would be —, I went for my ultrasound today and was greeted by the most kindest staff member of any business I have ever been to, then talked to two very polite staff about my appointment, very helpful great people skills, then went in for my tests, the kind girl did an excellent job, treated me with respect and consideration, when I left after my tests were done I didn’t feel stressed and upset like other businesses make me feel, I suffer from severe depression and post traumatic stress disorder, this is the only place I can go, to not be treated like rubbish, I was terrified to go there expecting bad treatment from negative nastys, like every where else I go, I recommend anyone that needs tests to visit this business, what a wonderful group of lovely people, my blessings and appreciation to you all,

After a previously horrendous experience with an ultrasound technician called “Donna”, (in which a misconduct case was opened after she left me in a room with no sheet to cover myself during an internal exam, then proceeded to verbally abuse me when I asked to know what was happening during my ultrasound), I was hesitant to return. I missed two further appointments with them as I was scared to return. Upon finding out that Donna had left, I began to visit sovereign for my ultrasound needs again. I was informed that I had “missed multiple appointments” and wouldn’t be able to be seen, but they booked me anyway.
I had been having my pregnancy ultrasounds through sovereign, until my pregnancy ended. I was left with retained product and had an urgent ultrasound requested by my doctor. In the rush and panic, I forgot my referral. I contacted them (whilst sitting in their car park, might I add) to let them know I’d forgotten my referral and I could try and get home to get it. Rebecca informed me that since it was an urgent spot, they couldn’t hold it if I was more than five minutes late. Fair enough. I rush home through peak hour traffic, only to get home 15 minutes past my appointment time. I attempt to phone them with no answer. Eventually “Kristy” or “Kirsty” calls me to let me know, rudely, that I’ve missed my appointment and blatantly talks over the top of me as I try to explain that I had already called and attempted to phone again. She then hung up on me whilst saying she would “put me on hold”. I’m disgusted. After the trauma I have been through over the last few months, to have “medical professionals” act like this towards someone who was previously maltreated at this practice is awful. 0/10.
UPDATE: THEY HAVE SINCE BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC.

Chris needs a pay rise. I've had a lot of scans and X-rays and MRIs. But him and Koch, I do hope I've got his name right. Then the reception staff, if I ever need more I hope I go there

Excellent facility. Excellent staff members. They are so friendly and happy. The boss must be very nice.
