Credit to all the staff at Sovereign Radiology Howitt Street. I have struggled to be reassured of the medical services in Ballarat since moving two years. After two visits this week, I couldn't be more happy! Thank you for your friendly efficient care.

A very clean and modern facility with super friendly staff from reception right through to the doctor doing my cortisone injection. Thank you. I’m very satisfied with the clarity and detail of radiology reports I receive for my patients from Sovereign Radiology. Keep up the good work.

I had to have a thyroid biopsy and was quite anxious about the procedure. The staff were amazing! The lovely nurse, Dr Simon Ussher and the third sonographer whos name I didn't catch. They reassured me every step of the way, explained everything that was happening and were so kind and caring. They made the procedure as comfortable as they could. I really appreciate the kindness and compassion I was shown. Thank you so much!

Always wonderful experiences with Sovereign Radiology. As a chiropractor in town I regularly send people here and am never let down. I recently sent someone down who was claustrophobic and incredibly apprehensive about getting an MRI done so I called up and spoke to Lauren on the phone who encouraged the patient to check out the room get comfortable and REALLY helped her to relax enough to have to imaging done. Well done Sovereign Radiology and thank you.

Had a couple of scans here, both went very well and Radiographers were lovely. The MRI/MRA peoples though, outstanding thank you, tolerated my anxiety and understood my needs and went above and beyond, also the receptionist was kind and very caring. Thank you.

I had contacted Sovereign Radiology on the 29/12/2022 to book in for some tests. I was given an appointment time of 0920 for a 0930 start (I wrote this down on my referral slip), I was quoted $259.80 for my tests. I then called back on the 03/01/2023 to double check that i did not require to fast for my abdominal x-ray, I spoke with a different receptionist who once again stated that I was to arrive at 0920 for an 0930 start, i had written this down on a separate piece of paper, the receptionist then asked if i had been given a quote, I stated yes, $259.80, the receptionist then stated that that was wrong & that they have a new starter & they don't know how they could have messed it up, I was then quoted at a higher price of $271.50.

Today, I had forgotten my referral slip & had to go home to get it, I called Wendouree Sovereign Radiology to let them know i would be 5 minutes late, the response i got was "Well actually your appointment was at 9: 15" I then stated - "No my appointment was for 9: 20 for a 9: 30 start" when i arrived i said "Hi my name is Shannon i have an appointment for 9: 20" the lady then stated "Umm you were supposed to arrive at 9: 05 for a 9: 15 start" I then replied "No i was given the appointment time of 9: 20" Another lady sitting next to her rudely said "Did you get a text message with the appointment time? ! " - Yes i did, but i read Sovereign & then replied yes, I didn't look at the time on the text message due to already having been told twice verbally. The lady then asked if i was quoted a price, I said "yes, i was given 2 different prices though" The lady just ignored my comment & continued to carry on with my booking, I was asked to fill out a form & take a seat. When i went in for my scan the lady was very kind but there was a comment made "Because you were late for the appointment" - I was 4 minutes late for my ACTUAL appointment.

During my 1st phone call on the 29/12/2022 the receptionist told me to empty my bladder at 8am 1.5 hours before the appointment, to drink 4 glasses of water by 8: 30 & don't drink anything else. I know that you are supposed to drink 1 hour before your appointment. Therefore if i was to stop drinking at 8: 30 that would mean an hour later is 9: 30 which was my appointment time.

My actual scans were pleasant, I had a sonographer (Danielle) that was in training, she was very kind, reassuring & made sure i was comfortable. She explained everything perfectly, she then asked for help from a senior sonographer (Luke) who was also very kind & very thorough with ensuring that they found my left ovarie, as it was difficult to find.

The X-ray technician was also very kind (Laurence i believe) I stated to him that i wasn't 100% sure if i could be pregnant or not, my recent urine test stated no but there could be a very small chance. He went & double checked with the Dr. He then returned & reassured me that i didn't have to get the test & that i could leave the referral there & return when i am 100% sure i am not pregnant. I enjoyed my experience with him, he was very kind & funny, i felt that he really cared.

Then it was back to the reception, the x-ray tech walked me to the reception & asked the first receptionist i seen, if they had time to help me pay for my app. She then replied, "I don't know if i can, i'm just the dumb new guy" she then proceeded to process & stated "I'm only 5 weeks into this job" I then asked if she was okay & said "You shouldn't put yourself down like that" She didn't reply. My transaction was process & i walked out to my car crying.

I was really anxious leading up to my app, I am concerned about my reproductive health due to horrible pain & other symptoms. I am scared i might not be able to have children in the future.

The reception staff only heightened my anxieties by 100%. I have never been made to feel like that before - No empathy whatsoever! They are so unprofessional! For something so small as an appointment time - that was not my fault at all. They're lucky I'm giving 2 stars for the whole experience, reception alone - it would be zero!

Not happy with the information shared. First gave me incorrect quote. But more unhappy as they gave me incorrect info that no one (except BHS) in Ballarat covers X-ray under Medicare fully. Today I found that it is incorrect. Being new to this place believed in them so disappointed. They should be transparent

Love the friendly staff at the reception and radiographers. Feel very comfortable going in and I hear lot of comments from others too.

From reception to
examination they are: Professional, informative and it is a comfortable environment.

Absolutely brilliant service from the reception staff to the actual scan the doctor and nurses were incredible at Wendouree. I really appreciated there care today as l was nervous having my scan. I cannot fault them. Sebastopol staff are ok extremely kind. As well

Friendly reception staff. Nice and clean waiting area. And ultrasound staff polite. Best ultrasound place iv been too.

I had a ct guided injection and it took quite a long time with the operator walking in and out of the room more than a dozen times, then as I was done I was allowed to walk straight out the door, they are supposed to watch you for 30 minutes to make sure there is no adverse reactions, sorry but I won't be recommending them to anybody

Staff can't be more helpful. Fitted me in for spinal injection asap.lake imaging were rude and very unhelpful. I will be going to sovereign radiology from now on even if the referral is to lake imaging

Friendly and helpful staffs. Comfortable interior setting. Plenty of parking spaces available, including disabled parking spaces.

One of the worst radiology companies, I would recommend the company lake imaging. What I heard and saw is one of the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in Australia like radiologists treating patients and other radiologists without a heart and even being racist to some just due to their nationality, I totally wouldn’t recommend this place of you weren’t Australian because you will get treated harshly.

Dreadful reception staff - do yourself a favour and take your referral to Lake Imaging instead.

In at Howitt St this morning and had a problem with the referral paperwork. Sarah was amazing with all her help and reorganised everything over the phone and I got my x rays done. Sarah was fantastic and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them
