Great clinic. Reception team are very friendly and helpful, waiting times are short and Dr Eisenberg is fantastic to see.

Dr. Andrew Hewett is easily one of the best doctors I've ever met. A very friendly and empathetic guy. I would highly recommend Dr. Hewett.

My family has been to this clinic for more than 12 years till now, always reliable and accurate, bulk billed for all the kids which really peace of mind. Always been refereed to the best specialist and helped for appointment arrangement be Dr Shapiro who is one of the best doctor in the surrounding suburb. Much appreciated!

Dr Peter Enten agreed to do a patch up job on my skin. The result was permanent physical disfigurement? He also left the skin badly infected. Callous and ruthless. His ethics are not medical? Disgusting

Proffesional doctors and a nice clean quiet clinic, but the doctors are not punctual at all, i am constantly waiting 15-20 minutes longer than my appointment time without any consideration or care at all. Dissapointing as this happens 4/5 times.

Disgusting.went with my 4year old autistic child who had just had a head injury, suspected concussion, only to be told he could not be seen at all. No ethics. Went down the road to another centre and they were fantastic and saw my son immediately.

Marvellous doctors. Professional, thorough and caring. We’ve seen a few of them over the past year and a half since we’ve found this centre. Cannot rate them enough! The practice staff are also reflections of the doctors. Very nice, helpful and friendly. Kids are bulkbilled which is yet another bonus. My family and I are immensely grateful for their amazing care. We have recommended them to a few of our friends now.

Took my 2 year old to see Dr Andrew Hewett today. He was sensational. Said 2 year old was very distressed and unco-operative. Dr Hewett was incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable and got the job done despite significant challenges. Couldn’t be happier and this will now be our regular medical centre. Receptionist was lovely and professional and centre very modern, clean and inviting. Highly recommend this medical centre and a definite 5 stars in all respects.

Dr. Enten is the first long term GP I’ve ever had. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and thorough, exactly what you want in someone you trust with your health.
I moved away from the Cheltenham area some time ago and travel all the way down from the western suburbs to see him. Excellent care is worth it.

I was treated by Dr. Peter Enten. He has a professional, warm and calm manner that made me feel very comfortable. I needed to go to hospital and he monitored my progress to insure successful treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Enten to anyone seeking a professional GP with a warm bedside manner.

Was looking for a doctor around Southland and all the other clinics I rang weren't accepting new patients, so I was very happy to get an appointment here within an hour. There are several doctors and every time I've rung, I have been able to get an appointment. Handily located opposite Southland, it isn't bulk billing, but is reasonably priced. The doctors are helpful as well.

As a new patient Dr Peter Enten was incredible. He has a thorough approach with a friendly and professional determiner. What takes him to the next level is his protectiveness and genuine care. In only a few visits he suggested future treatments, lifestyle changes and ongoing checkups to contribute to a healthy future. I highly recommend Dr Enten to anyone looking for a new doctor.

My GP here is fantastic, definitely worth the distance but do the receptionists always have to be so rude? Whenever I call they act as if I've ruined their day by asking to book an appointment. They're quite nice in person but over the phone they act as if it's their jobs to make you feel unwelcome. Deep sighs, interrupting me mid-sentence, and I can almost hear them rolling their eyes through the phone, just what you need when you're feeling ill. If my GP wasn't as good as she was, it wouldn't be worth it at all.

My Gp from this center is on holiday, so to get prescription for pain killers required after surgery i need to pay a fee for an appoitment with another gp. Like is my fault that my gp went on holiday the same time when i went to surgery: (

Though I can't speak English fluently, but the service is patient.i am glad to got my gp doctor here, she is nice and kindness.she is very carefully and patient.
