Had the worst experience ever. The sales team has no idea whatsoever. To top that the Sales Manager Eugene’s product knowledge is zero. Do not look for a car here. There are way better Toyota Dealerships.

We called Toyota to book in for service, A guy called Levi picked up the phone. The rude pitch and tone put me off, surely should not be in customer service if you are not a peoples person. I felt he wanted to get rid of me over the phone, I just asked couple of general questions only.
After asking his name he started to explain a bit better, I guess he must have got an idea why I am asking his name.

Poor communication, no follow up with the customer after calling & emailing. The service centre isn’t much better. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
