I just want to give 5 stars to Toyota South Morang. It was an easy and hassle free transaction from test driving to picking up my new car. I want to commend Mr. Joel Jannu, our sales agent and
Ms. Deb Gonzalez, our finance specialist. Both of them were very prompt and efficient in all our transactions. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Joel was very patient in explaining to us everything we want to know and even gave us honest advice on the best product/ car to buy, he also gave us a detailed walk through when I collected my car. Deb was also fast to respond on all my questions regarding finance and insurance. We will definitely be back to South Morang Toyota for our next car purchase.

I got my fleet vehicle serviced here and use the customer lounge to work while I wait. The facilities were quite dirty for a Monday morning, it was not very comfortable. My car was returned wet and once it dried was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The car was not driving any better after the service. I ended up taking it to another Toyota dealership 3 months later for a follow up and they found 3 major things that needed fixing.

Took my Hilux in for first 10k service here. Found everyone very helpful and friendly. Even offer Uber service to Westfield shops. Capped price on service was great. And a special surprise was my car was washed for me.

The team at South Morang Toyota is amazing. A special mention to Danny from sales and Louis from Servicing. Danny has been great from the start. He looks after his customers very well even after they have purchased the car. He always has time for past customers and really makes buying a car an enjoyable experience with him. Louis makes the servicing part a breeze and his honestly and transparency makes him great to deal with. We have been dealing with Louis for the past 2 years and not one issue so far. I recently purchased a car from South Morang Toyota. And I’m happy to say I’ve had the best buyer experience specially talking to Ryan Cai and Hansraj Raggoo. Both were very accommodating, supportive and responds quickly to my queries via email or phone. Ryan even made the effort to setup all the technology and apps for my new car before I brought the car out of the dealership!

Don't go here for non straight forward work. They only have basic knowledge. If they don't know what the problem is, they actually send it to a wreckers to do they work. The wrecker just swaps out parts in the hope that will fix problem. If the new part introduces more problems they won't take responsibility but want either more mony or they'll swap out good parts out of your car to sell and put worse parts in. Then they want you to pay for the new problems they introduced.

That's what happened to hubby and his Kluger after having noise in differential transmission.

Highly experienced and knowledgeable mechanics DON'T work here. Nor do honest workers.

Very happy to deal with Kinga and Danny. Gave me a very good deal on my car. Highly recommend this place.

Great staff, took my RAV4 for 82k servicing, excellent service, after service the engine started producing a whinning sound at speed of around70 or above. Now my child sleeps in car during driving. I strongly recommend to do service your car from Toyota
