I'm really disappointed about their customer service. The package was delivered a few weeks earlier than they announced, while I was on vacation. I now have to pay for a second delivery of my vynil. I wish King Kizzard and the Lizard Wizard would have not started using this company since I never had a problem before with their deliveries through Flightless Records

I wasn't able to print here in the end (my own fault!), but Jack was so kind and helpful on the phone, and let me know where I could get printed what I needed printed. What exceptional customer service! Thank you Jack & Soundmerch.

Forgot to order an item and two of their staff members Al and Jake were super helpful in rectifying the error and saving me two lots of shipping.

I ordered some mech (almost $200 worth) in April. I never received any of the packages, and the "tracking" says it was sent back. SoundMerch stopped responding to my emails, and hasn't refunded me anything. Essentially I ordered $200 of merchandise for nothing, and I can't get in touch with them. (I put one star for my review, but after looking at the other reviews I'm sure this is just some miscommunication issue. I really do hope to hear back from them soon, but I'm going to hold off on the negative stars for now, as it looks like this is not the norm for this company)

Our band recently had a merch order through Sound Merch and cannot recommend them enough. Jack and his team were extremely helpful, prompt, professional and friendly. Made the entire process easy and the quote was well below other suppliers in the area. We were all blown away by the quality of both the prints and materials of the end product. Cannot say enough good things about their service. If you are looking for the best printing service this is definitely the place.

I ordered an album online and received it 3 days later. Unfortunately, the item was damaged by the courier company in transit, not Sound Merch’s fault. I spoke with Jake at Sound Merch he asked me to send him a photo and half an hour later he sent me a message to advise he was sending out a replacement which I received 3 days later. The service was amazing, I cannot thank Jake enough for his quick responses and action, Jake you are a legend and a credit to Sound Merch, you deserve to be paid more. I will definitely use Sound Merch for future purchases. Thank you Sound Merch for your great customer service.
