These people have to lift there game, paid for a shirt 2 months ago and cannot get an answer from anyone in the company. Poor poor poor.

I odered YES stuff 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. No matter how busy these guys are, this is unbelievable. Go and buy your stuff elsewhere if you need it before the 14 Oct!

Really hope that some of the $53 I paid for this 'Yes' t-shirt ($40 for t-shirt + $13 for shipping) goes to the Voice to Parliament 'Yes' campaign! C'mon fellas!

Great content and quality. I’m always more than happy to support independent artists and the site is very easy to navigate. I wish I could give 5 stars but $25 shipping for a t-shirt, tote bag, and a pair of socks is a bit outrageous. I understand shipping internationally isn’t cheap, but I’ve ordered internationally countless times without ever having to pay anything quite like this. I was surprised to find that there isn’t even a free shipping threshold like virtually every other retailer these days. Perhaps something to consider for the future? Between that and a shipping wait time of up to 27 days, I don’t see myself becoming a regular customer. Though I will say that this is my second time ordering through Sound Merch within the last 2 or so years and I was/am very pleased with my first purchase!

These guys are the best! Sent out my order express with no extra charge. So friendly and great range of merch and vinyl. Will definitely need to visit in store the next time I’m in Collingwood. Thanks guys:)

Been here numerous times but just wanted to praise my experience at sound merch for record store day.arriving at the store at 8am, the staff were all super spritely and friendly.line management was fantastic, with price lists displayed ahead of time as well as staff informing of the procedures once let inside.everything flowed perfect and i was very happy to see a record store not simply scoff at taylor fans, instead treat them with respect and welcome them with open arms thank you sound merch! I'm from Switzerland and was looking for a special vinyl merch that doesn't exist in Europe.it took about 3 weeks to ship and it was worth it.everything was tracked great via tracking number. I'm just happy it was worth it!

We've used Soundmerch for t-shirts, caps and totes and I can't recommend them enough. When another supplier fell through last minute and we decided we needed 300 totes in 24 hours (no big deal) not only did the team deliver, they delivered direct to the venue in time for us to surprise and delight conference delegates from all over the world who absolutely LOVED them. Collingwoods most boring record store. Major labels only, nothing used. In an area with many diverse and eclectic record stores this one stands out in the wrong way.

Bought a Julia and Angus vintage t shirt. Washed it and it totally shrunk, could fit a 6 year old now. Haven't even worn it once, not happy.
