Staff are always nice - but pharmacists never seem to apply my concession to my script and all four times I’ve had to ask them to apply it

Great staff! Popped in on Sunday afternoon and was served by two young ladies. Amazing advice, smiley and inviting. Will defiantly be going back to this chemist.

This is a great local pharmacy that provides amazing service. Their knowledge of medications is outstanding!

After filling all my scripts there for 4 years plus was told couldn't order a last minute diabetes urgent essentials over the phone. Disappointing.

Very disappointing!
Dropped off a script for the compound chemist, was told I would receive a text that afternoon or the next morning. I called to follow up the following afternoon and they gave me the run around before telling me it was ready and no text was sent. I didn’t mind having to follow up as I understand people get busy. My Dr told me this was a serious medication and when I dropped off my script and picked it up I was served by the same sales person both time a polite young guy. What annoyed me was that both time the compound pharmacist did not speak to me nor give me any information about the medication or any do’s or donts she hid behind her door and let the young sales guy speak to me. The medication was expensive and I expected more from this service. My advice go elsewhere. I will be informing my doctor of the poor service of this and finding information elsewhere.

It seems this is the 5th or so complaint about the female pharmacist "Rita".
I have been a customer this pharmacy for a long time and I have never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacist before.
Rita gave me the third degree which I partly realise is necessary, but her manner is horrific and degrading, she should not be dealing with the public because she has no people skills and seems to enjoy a weird power play. After her rant, at which did not allow me to speak, I politely asked her if she a doctor, as my Docter had reccomend a product in full knowledge of my condition. Rita asked me to leave the store.
This women should be put on probation, a warning, something! She totally bullied and embarrassed me in front of the whole store.
Not a health professional. Just a nasty person that should not be in this role.

Absolutely fantastic service.
The pharmacist tried to save me money by altering the flavour of my babies exisiting medicine, and when he still wouldn't take it, she is going to make a special formula for us.
Nothing was too much trouble which is so refreshing up see!
We will definitely be repeat customers!
