I have been here twice months apart simply to get an authorised signature on some documents. The male pharmacist here is not friendly at all (rude) - and made me feel both times that I was inconveniencing him. No hello/goodbye/please/thank you. I feel bad for his colleagues and suggest he find a new line of work if he really hates it that much. 3 stars because of the lovely women behind the front counter x

Been coming here for a couple of years after having a pleasant experience with two staff members on a weekend. Glad to see one of the girls is still working here! Great range of products, not a long wait time and they pride in keeping their customers happy! When you have a great bunch of staff running the place you are bound to have happy customers. Especially staff who still carry on excellent customer service skills, create customer relationships and putting their customers first. Very very happy with the service here with most of the staff glad to see smiles when walking into the shop

The male pharmacist is the rudest I have ever encountered - and is consistently so. How he keeps a job is beyond me.

Staff are consistently rude, judgemental and unprofessional - allowing personal prejudice towards certain medications (that have been appropriately prescribed by doctors) to cause them to act negligently and disrespectfully to the people accessing those medications.

I was in the pharmacy this week, the pharmacist/nurse was very helpful organising my vaccination and called me after to make sure I was ok. The service is just amazing.

There is not a time I have been to this store when they were not able to help me. The young gentleman who works on Sunday evening is ever so helpful.

Really all the staff are just wonderful!

The manager is an absolute pig. Do not go here. He turned his back to me mid conversation and walked off.

Super friendly! The owner/staff greet all with a smile. Despite being a bit chotic with their renovations, they go out of their way to help with the customers needs. Best pharmacy in the area by far! I try to bring all my pharmacy needs here. Thanks so much!

Placed my script and came back 15 mins later as instructed. I observed the Pharmacist behind the counter being literally antagonistic to 4 customers including myself.
She wasn't serving customers, but working at a computer next to the service area. Firstly out of nowhere - she accused one lady of "staring at her and to look somewhere else". The poor old lady was just waiting and looking in the general direction of the counter. The Pharmacist then asked if I wanted something, and when I stated that I had just come back and was browsing while waiting for my script, she said I should go and wait out on the seats outside. She didn't actually ask either of us what our names were, bother to check or give us any expectation of a wait time.

I asked if she had a problem with me being in the store and she just mumbled something and kept working at her computer. After this I saw her be dismissive and condescending to another customer who'd also come back, (she didn't ask his name or check if his was ready either), in addition to another lady a short time after who was complaining about her over at the sales counter, and wanted to speak with the manager.so did I at that point, but apparently he wasn't around and it must have been awkward for the nice lady at this counter who was having to hear about it.

It was so unnecessary, unprovoked and unprofessional - it was like it was a prank, and almost gave me schadenfreude and want to stick around to see what she'd say to the next unsuspecting customer.

After all this, I'd now waited around 30 mins in total and was starting to wonder what the extended hold up was. The Pharmacist then yelled across the store at the lady at the sales counter to come and help her. I realised that my script had been sitting there the entire time, as she came over, picked up a bunch of scripts and called my name out.

This seemed more like someone with a terrible attitude and shocking customer service skills, rather than someone just having a bad day. Everyone I saw had been polite, was wearing a mask and hadn't actually interacted with her at all until she went at them.
I'm unsure if this is the same person mentioned in other reviews here, but either they've had a run of sub par staff, or they've failed to pull the behaviour of this staff member up to even a basic standard of customer service.
Because of this, I am going to go elsewhere from now.

Thank you so much. This pharmacy has been caring for my elderly parents for many many years. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The care they continue to show is so reassuring as I dont live close to my parents. THANK YOU!

Friendly, respectful & caring staff. They take really great care, especially with the elderly. Was even able to get the flu shot at such short notice. Would definitely recommend to all the locals

Poor customer service and protocol on my visit to this pharmacy today. Lady who served me was unhelpful and apathetic. Went to this pharmacy to get “emergency” contraception. Was asked for my email address and emailed a form, which I was asked to complete then come back later. All of the other pharmacies I have been to have given the form and EC to me there and then. Clearly not emergency enough. Unfortunately I did not have time to get to another pharmacy on my strict lunch break so I’m hoping it’s not too late.

Bishoy is fabulous. He's a very busy man but did me a MASSIVE favour today and I REALLY appreciate it. He was also very supportive whilst I was in & out of hospital yrs ago having my baby and at other times I've had complicated things going on. I have nothing but respect for him and the other wonderful, professional and friendly staff members. You couldn't ask for more from a pharmacy. Thanks so very much

Great service. Staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any customers. Definitely proud to call it my local pharmacy.

Pharmacy conveniently located inside Northcote Plaza. They even have a compounding lab which I found fascinating. All the staff are wonderful and they always seem to have multiple pharmacists on at the same time (who are always willing to assist).

Definitely recommended!

Awesome friendly staff!
Knowledgeable on all things medication wise
The even have a lab to mix or flavour your medication
They offer free home delivery which has been a great help over the last few months

I'm a regular at this pharmacy, and I really like it. The advice is always good, they have a couple of main pharmacists which means they get to know you, and you don't usually wait too long for scripts.

It's the only pharmacy I go to, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars.

Edit: I think they've fixed aircon! I'm so happy! Like, irrationally thrilled:)

It's now the perfect pharmacy!

I just called to find out if this store stocks moonboots for a fractured ankle and accidentally was transferred to the wrong department, the woman who answered was rude and made me feel as though I had completely inconvenienced her by having answer my question then hung up on me as I was thanking her for her time. Terrible service.

Horrifyingly overpriced. I had to pay $25 for a script from here and next time I had it filled only $9 from the pharmacy down the road. Do not recommend!
