Was referred here by my Podiatrist. Highly recommend booking in to see the team at Sole Mechanics whether you see a Podiatrist or not! They are very professional and knowledgeable. High tech equipment and great selection of shoes. I have had such great results since seeing them/ being properly fitted.

As an Osteopath and trainer, I understand the importance of footwear and how it impacts our body. Dr. Maddy (the excellent, knowledgeable and friendly sales rep instore) did a fantastic job explaining the science behind the shoes I bought - i highly recommend a visit (book in advance as the sole-mechanics take you through a free foot assessment using in-house technology).

Video fitting was terrific, postage was quick and the shoes fit our child well. The best service under lockdown conditions

Definitely a cut above your average shoe shop. Learned a lot about my feet and they gave me plenty of time to try on everything I wanted.

Love their barefoot range footwear like Vivobarefoot, Vibram and Nike. Sole Mechanics also keeps a wide range of kids footwear like bobux and Vivo. The staffs are really friendly and trained.

Great knowledge for children’s and baby shoes! If you have an emergent walker I would highly recommend getting their feet measured here. They stock Bobux shoes and since finding Sole Mechanics, my LO doesn’t wear anything else:) thanks guys!

My chiropractor recommended I try some barefoot shoes, however I couldn’t find anywhere that stocked my size (49) in Perth. I ordered some Vivobarefoot Primus Lite’s from Sole Mechanics at a great price and they shipped quickly. Since then I have ordered a pair of Gobi II’s and pre-ordered a pair of Primus Trail’s. Really happy with the Vivobarefoot shoes and the service provided. Hope Sole Mechanics continue to stock the larger sizes:)

We drove all the way to Hampton only to find that we needed to make an appointment, and despite there being no one else in the store, and a sign outside that says they can accommodate 8 people, they turned us away. Unfortunately this is not the first time the staff here have been arrogant towards the people who walk into their store. Sole Mechanics might have good shoes, but their service and vibe is disgusting. We can find vivo shoes elsewhere. These guys don't deserve our money and I won't be coming back.

GET. YOUR. SHOES. HERE - LOVE these guys - not only do they have the best shoes (yey to barefoot plus other options if you're not ready yet). The staff are FANTASTIC.and the service EXCEPTIONAL - for kids and adults alike.they win the kids over with the popcorn and the parents with the guarantee that they are wrapping their precious little persons precious feet in the best shoes out there.and for adults.oh barefoot wonder - i have very happy feet since finding these guys

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent advice and extensive product range. I love that you can be scanned to get the exact right fit and the staff take the time to discuss your results with you and recommend which shoes are best. I wear my vivobarefoot shoes to work where I am on my feet all day and I find them so comfortable and hardwearing.

Such helpful, professional and insightful staff that really help you learn more about what you need on your feet! These people make you feel at home whilst helping you understand what shoes are best suited to your own needs. Highly recommend.

Great customer service.
I purchased a pair of shoes the day before a sale started - and yet the team at Sole Mechanics gave me a refund for the amount when I asked for it.
Unfortunately, the shoes I purchased were the wrong size for me (I hadn't bought a pair in VIVO Brand before), so I had to ultimately return them - which again was seamless - they paid for the return shipping and refunded promptly.
I know where to go the next time I need shoes!

Excellent customer service and welcoming staff! I went to the store to find the right size for me and I was very impressed by their knowledge and tips. I would have chosen the wrong size without their help. Not only they helped me find the right shoe size but I got a great consultation regarding insoles, material, socks and the differences between barefoot and non-barefoot shoes. Thank you so much!

I've just received my Vivobarefoot shoes in the mail. I'm very impressed with the choice of shoes, the prices and the fast delivery. The free returns if the shoes don't fit, takes away the stress of ordering shoes online. My shoes, however, fit perfectly. Very impressed with the service and delivery. I look forward to ordering from Sole Mechanics again.
