The foot assessment they do gives you a great insight to the type of shoe you need to be wearing, and the staff are always patient as you try on the entire store

Be very careful when purchasing from Sole Mechanics. I purchased a pair of Vivobarefoot Primus Lite shoes and they cut my foot the first time I wore them walking. I used the Vivobarefoot sizing guide and they fit my feet once they were delivered. I reached out to Sole Mechanics for assistance and shared photo evidence but they told me that the fault was due to the style not suiting my fault, no refund or shoe inspection. I've never had any problems or injuries using any other shoe brands. I'm very disappointed and will not be shopping with either Sole Mechanics or Vivobarefoot again.

Update 10/10/23 - Unfortunately still no contact from Sole Mechanics.

Very good service and understanding of my needs, providing the pairs of footwear that suited my feet and desired style/color.

As an 80 years young woman it was an estrange feeling to be surrounded by young staff and young customers, however, the good and respectful approach of the employee, also young, gave me a warm sense of belonging!

Highly recommended. Coming back soon to buy another pair. They will assist with getting the perfect fit for your feet. Loved

Unfortunately we do not live locally to the store, so the website is where we shop. They really do make it easy with the explanations and sizing chart to ensure you are getting the right size. I’ve only ever had great experiences and I buy all my children’s shoes from here.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. We bought some shoes for my younger brother early April he was finding that his feet were too wide and it was hurting him. We went in today to see what they could do for us. They went through the fitting again and then exchanged the shoes no questions asked. He is now very happy with his shoes. I will not be shopping for shoes anywhere else but here. Customer for life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for shoes.
