Snooze South Wharf

My partner and I had a wonderful experience chatting with Aidah who went out of her way to provide us top notch service and advice on finding our first bed and mattress together. We spent almost half a day there as we were having so much fun trying all the different mattresses and Aidah was nice enough to allow us that time to try out the mattresses properly. The delivery team, John & Wade, were also really professional, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone to head to Snooze and look for her for your next mattress/bed purchase! ️

We’ve shopped a couple times in the last few years and Bryan has provided a great service both times. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Needed a new bed with storage went to Snooze to have a look. Bryan was very helpful and showed us some gas lift beds as well as answered all our questions patiently. He also arranged for it to be delivered and for someone to fix it up. Didn't think it was going to be that easy but am pleasantly surprised!

Expensive, over prised items and behaviour of staff was not much friendly.

I would not recommend to spend money here.

Bought our bed with David, he was great! Broke all the different types of beds down for us and gave clear answers. There are plenty of different types of mattresses so was great to have his help!

Online experience was a bit of disappointment but in store it was fantastic. Bryan was so helpful and had great knowledge about various bed types and their availability. It made up for online disappointment.

Bryan provide me and my wife a first class and outstanding in store experience when purchasing a mattres with a bed frame, by taking the time to answer all different enquiries and options for my budget. Great in store service, but I have to give a shout out to the delivery service. They went above and beyond to get my new bed to the top of my 3 story town house with no fuss. Cant recommend them enough.
