Bought Avondale bed and just arrived today. Instruction sheet is unclear, links for videos regarding assembly instructions do not work. No one told us that assembly is hard, otherwise we could have arranged for professional assembly. Bed has many scratches. Very disappointed from this service.

Our second purchase from this store in 2 years. The staff are always helpful and know their product as well as getting you the best deal

After sale is not existing.
Whatever they promise you to push the sale - don’t trust - they simply won’t respond even once once they get the money. Not even delivery. Nothing. You don’t exist after money.
Now fixing my new purchase out of own pocket and warning others

Excellent Customer Service. Rory was very knowledgable about the different types of beds available. He was very friendly and not pushy, and I highly recommend his & Snooze’s services.

I came across an incredibly friendly staff member named Zoe at one of the house expos I visited recently. I had been thinking about a bed, had heard great things about Snooze, and when a friendly staff member (Zoe) showed patience and friendliness I felt the decision to buy was an easy one.

I got David to recommend the best mattress for me. He was awesome with very good service and friendly. I would come back to buy pillow and mattress protector when My mattress is delivered next few week.

I called on the first day of the Boxing Day Sale. I bought 2 King Single Ensemble Beds and a fantastic price. I was served by this really nice Gentleman “David”. We was so helpful with everything including the time and day of delivery. We had to wait a few weeks but it was all so worth it. Both beds are so comfortable and we could not be any happier.
