My partner and I were provided top of the line service from Zoran when we went looking for a new bed yesterday. He was very attentive and responsive, explained all of the features of the beds we were interested in and made us feel very comfortable without pushing for a sale - which we really loved! There was no pressure, and it made the experience that much more enjoyable and easy. It made us want to actually buy from this store even though we are moving over the other side of the city.
