Tony and the team at Hoppers Crossing went above and beyond to help us choose the right bed base and mattress for us. The team were very generous with their time, allowing us to test all kinds of mattresses. They made sure to give us options in various price ranges which allowed us to make the best choices within our price range. Given we just moved here from overseas, Tony personally ensured we had a bed to sleep on within the first few days of being here which was much appreciated.

Melissa is a gem at Snooze! We went in to purchase a new mattress and Melissa helped us find the right one. She took the time to get to know what we were looking for and what our situation was and helped us find the best combination of comfort and price. Would highly recommend this branch.

I do not live in the area but I always buy from this store and will continue to because the customer service is great and during covid they worked with me to make a payment arrangement I could afford at the time without over extending my finances. Mo is super friendly more then happy to help and is the reason I have and will contuse to use this Snooze store.
