Snappr Photography

From the moment I was contacted by Dunnrae and booked in our Snappr shoot for our wedding I was pleased with the service. John Michael was our photographer on the day and he was very professional, friendly, innovative, patient with kids and overall a lovely person. Would definitely recommend and would hire him again.

Neville was a tremendous help on all aspects. Getting my pose, look, posture to suit the outcome I wanted. The whole experience was also very convenient. I personally recommend Neville highly

Horrific customer service. Our photographer did not turn up on the day for personal reasons which was totally fine. However, when we called Snappr an hour after a replacement photographer should have arrived they refused to take our calls. All emails were ignored and we had no response for a number of hours. When they finally did respond, the solution was not resolved and a refund was not offered.

This stinks of a company taking their customer service offshore and it totally backfiring on them. Customer service is everything and the fact that they have not prioritised this aspect of their business reflects extremely poorly on them and the company that they have unfortunately decided to become. I will not be using their services again.

We couldn’t have asked for more of our photographer Evan - he captured so many gorgeous moments throughout our engagement party without disrupting everyone having a great time. It was exactly what we hoped. I’m so glad we found Evan and would definitely recommend!

"Marty Philbey my photographer interacted seamlessly with the environment inside and externally in a local park to get the best angles, light and to capture the surroundings to great effect. His skill and advice captured several different looks and feels that added polish to hide the deficiencies of the complete lack of modelling capabilities of his client. I received a mixed collage of photos any which I can I use both professionally and with family and friends. My problem now is to pick the best of the best which is no mean feat from Marty’s great work. "

Francois captured the photography we needed and he worked perfectly with the other team on the shoot. His photographs were excellent, and the turnaround was fast!

Prefect moment during the vacation.

Looking for a professional photographer to take some product shots, I contacted Snappr. I received a very prompt reply, and was given a choice of photographers with images of their style of work, who would be suitable and available for my job. I booked Alessandro, who was available the next day and I am thrilled with the result, and the professionalism of Alessandro, who contacted me to make sure he was fully briefed, and would arrive with suitable equipment. He was also a delight to have in my work space. The images arrived to me in a couple of days, and are perfect for what I need them for. Although we had a rainy day we were able to capture some great pics on the Melbourne Uni campus! From the beginning I told Van, my snappr photographer, that we were more interested in capturing spontaneous moments than in typical posing photos. The results were so so cute!

Jay (Wijaya) was very friendly and relaxed we really enjoyed our family photo shoot with our 3 year old daughter. He tried to make our little one laugh and smile and was very efficient. We are very pleased with the finished photos:)
