Super easy site to use, great prices. Our photographer Martin was absolute delight. He was so friendly, got great photos but his presence was not overbearing in anyway, he got the exact kind of photos I wanted and was just a pleasure to have at my party.

Eva G is an excellent photographer from Snapper. She was very professional, calm and courteous. Organized the shots at appropriate places with nice background and have taken them candidly. Organising my headshots through Snappr Photography was a positive experience. The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is a great way to source a photographer when you need one. I'm very happy with the service. Mark H is a great photographer. I wanted relaxed photos documenting our engagement party, and featuring the beautiful venue and Melbourne night skyline. This is exactly what I got. Highly recommend this professional service. Also a big plus for easy communication.

I cancelled our photoshoot the way that your email suggested. By filling in a ‘contact us’ form online 2 or 3 days before the photo because of bad weather.
Then they never responded and have taken my money claiming that I didnt cancel the shoot and cannot credit my account.
It took them 2 months to respond my last email so I can only imagine that they read the cancelation message weeks after i sent it. But their lack of customer support is not my problem

I followed their instructions and you have STOLEN my money!

Worst experience ever. If the photos or photographer is bad (like they were for me) in no way will they give you a refund. I had to take them to court and won. Even after that they never paid. They will drag it out as much as possible so you loose interest and not bother pursuing. We are still chasing them them for payment 3 years later!

Fabulous Service. Very quick and simple to organise. I had a fantastic photographer come out to my work place and was really happy with the quality of the photos. I will definitley be using Snappr again.:)

Snappr was so easy to use, it gave me choices of photographers to suit my date and time and provided each photographer’s portfolio to help with my decision. Nabil, our photographer, was extremely prompt and responsive, super punctual on the day, extremely friendly so the family were all very relaxed during the photoshoot. Fantastic service! We've used it twice and have wonderful family photographs and memories.
Both photographers were professional throughout. They spent time understanding what we wanted from the photoshoot, and helped to create beautiful photographs, all within our family home.
Our most recent photographer, Barry G, did a wonderful job, even with our very distracted toddler.

We’ve used Snappr a couple of times to book family photos and would use it again. Both photographers were great, the most recent being Michelle who was very friendly and accommodating. We’ve been happy with the photos, capturing beautiful memories. Lots to choose from and nice editing.
