Another thing they have been really good at is the consistency with their pizzas. Every-time I go there to order the same pizza as the one I bought last week, I get the same quality each and every week. This is unmatched by other pizza joints that I have tried. Keep up the good work!

I got 100 pizzas and 40 peri peri & spicy paneer loaves delivered to the office and it was awesome! The order was 100% correct, bang on time and we even got comments of gratitude for not ordering dominos

Honestly, if you want uneducated food then this is the right place for you. It's open til 3am because it serves horrible fast food.
Fast? Very unlikely. My consistent, gurgly, nauseating, bowel does not lie. This was my 3rd visit and I did not feel welcomed at all.
The female and male seem to like to make fun of you every-time.
Their education about making food is garbage. It has to be said.
My partner and I will not return after the 3rd and LAST "wobbly" stomach experience. Unhealthy practices.

Ordered a pizza with the lot stating that there be anchovies and hot salami on it. There was none of either on it. Called the shop and told them this and that they should send what we ordered. They were willing to send a container with the hot salami and anchovies. Totally and utterly disgusted with this. They should have sent a replacement pizza at their cost of what we ordered. Consumer affairs will be notified of this as this is not the first time it has happened. People don't waste your time or money with these people. You won't get what you paid for

The food at Smokin joes in richmond was amazing! We had to wait for a table despite having a reservation but the restaurant offered us drinks of our choice while we waited, which certainly eased the waiting time. It was more crowded than I expected on a Friday.but I can see why. Everything was delicious and the service was great.

Placed a delivery order for 6.50pm, meals rocked up just before 6pm. Ordered 2 of the joes grill packs, chicken wings were cold, the chicken skewers were just pieces of crumbed chicken and the ribs weren't very enjoyable. When you spend so much money on a meal you expect it to be nice, hot and tasty

Horrible food. No hair protection whilst cooking. The male there talks all over the food whilst preparing and cooking. I found one of his beard hairs in my super dry pizza. I have no photo. Rude attitude. Never again.

The thick cut chips were generously seasoned, crispy on the outside, fluffy within and a huge portion (3x the amount in picture) Finally the side salad was actually a salad, it was dressed, contained mix lettuce, cucumbers, red onion and cherry tomatoes. These details show me that this is a place that takes pride in serving quality food.

Ordered tandoori chicken pizza and grilled chicken at smoking joes Richmond. One of the best grilled chicken I had. Staff was also really friendly and added extra sauce and chilli flakes at no cost.

Both expensive and not delicious, the food is less, unhygienic. Recommend people not to eat

Guys, Seriously good pizza's here and I've tried like 4 different ones and they are all so good. They are not shy with the toppings and the bottom crust is crispy. And their prices are very reasonable. I ended up eating more pizza's in a week because their prices aren't sky high.

I'm really confused - as a nurse on 24 hour call at the near by hospital, when I saw that all their chairs and tables were full of young people who had been about town and delivery drivers it sure seemed that I, a young nurse coming off a non-stop 20 hour shift could order some food. But no, when I walked in (literally this evening) to place an order for a pizza with the store looking very open, no 'closed' signs or any to indicate otherwise, I was met with a tall man who did no greet me, nor tell me anything, giving me a put on accent and vague broken sentence to tell me I was unwanted. This man has served me before, I know from my several interactions with him that he is confident with speaking english to me, so I am so confused by his sudden change in character. I had been awake for over 30 hours, I just wanted something to eat before going to bed for three hours. I had ordered from them at this time during the weekend before so I really don't get why he chose to discriminate me this time. I had just stop a diabetic from going into shock. It's a real shame how little the late night places of Richmond care for the sober workers. I will never buy pizza from this place again because his mockery has made me feel so bad. And for what? Mediocre, over priced slop passing for pizza.

Overall unbelievable value and quality, everything about this meal surpassed my wildest expectations. I have had $60-$80 rib eye's that were not near this good.

Always delivers great food. The fat chips are the biggest and the best, chicken is always fresh, ribs are perfectly cooked every single time. I usually order a vegetarian pizza with my order and they serve the best vegetarian pizza in the district. Consistanly excellent and enough food in a smokin deal for 12 people for two nights!

This restaurant uses its own delivery drivers and they will simply lie about your order being delivered. I was sitting outside the whole time, called them several times to confirm, and after being assured it was coming and waiting 2.5 hours I got a notification saying it was delivered. Called them again and they said the driver “gave it to someone in the lobby”…of a high rise…without contacting me or ringing the bell.

And since it’s not delivered by Menulog, I’ve been told we have no protection if they refuse a refund. This took 3 weeks of investigating by Menulog. THEY WILL LIE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. THIS RESTAURANT IS A SCAM! THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE LEFT HUNGRY AND HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN AT THE SAME TIME!
