Smokin joes pizza& Grill Deer Park

Was just told it was my fault that I didn’t receive chicken skewers. That I was wrong with my ordering.
As you can see a dry crumbed chicken tender replaced a chargrilled marinated chicken skewer. Salad was also missing.
When I called I was told the website was wrong and everyone else is happy with it.
Staff and manager were super unhelpful, blaming it on my ordering.
When I offered to order the chicken skewers as an extra and pay for them I was told I would have to wait 2 hours.
This is my first time writing a negative review about any business. As a business owner myself I don’t write this lightly.
The way you spoke to me has lead to this review. Would have cost you $5 to fix my problem and you would’ve had a happy enough customer.

It is currently 9.30pm, and I am UTTERLY disgusted with how I have been treated tonight by the staff from Deer Park.
We placed our order via Menulog at 7.14pm and were informed our delivery window was approx 8.30-8.45pm. We watched the delivery status closely, it said "on its way" until around 9pm when it changed to "enjoy your food". Which never arrived. We immediately call Deer Park and we're informed vaguely that our order had been sent out ages beforehand and the driver had returned since to take out other deliveries. We request a refund, we are told bluntly to call Menulog.
We call Menulog, who put us on hold to call the restaurant and we are informed that our refund request has been denied because we didn't call the restaurant quickly enough to say our food was late. Menulog says they'll forward this on to their Solutions team and get back to us in a few days to see if there is anything they can do.
We call the restaurant back and are given the description of our neighbours house and car and that we are wrong. Apparently we don't know our own home. Their employee was rude, wouldn't listen to what we were saying and was entirely unapologetic. My husband was nothing but nice while I was seething nearby listening to everything on speaker.
I am confused as to how the position of our letterbox on our property leads directly to our neighbours and how that is our fault - especially as we have had no issues with the 6 deliveries via Menulog this week prior to this.

Best Pizza and Customer Service In Melbourne Metro. Get a gourmet pizza and enjoy it while it’s hot!

Worst pizza ever. I ordered a large marinara pizza through UBER EATS. The pizza came damaged, tasteless, cold and felt like old. Never ever gonna order again

Ate with the kids in and they had the best pizza they said and the lamb ribs was so delicious. Thanks and will be back

Order via online. Waited 30min for food that never came. Called 5 times no answer, had to drive out the them, no apologies were given but lucky got my refunded back after argument with the manager.

Smoky joes mill parks makes it 10 times better than this place.

The meat lovers I had was drowned in BBQ sauce. Cheap ingredients but then again you can't expect much for the price.

If you're looking for a pizza place that also make delicious chips then this is the place to go.

It was not that good today. My pizza was sliced up unequally. The fries had no seasoning. I thought the seasoning would be at the bottom but there was only enough for one frie. Hopefully they would put more effort in there food more. Not to mention the patches or the sause. It should be under the cheese. But the tast of the pizza was still good except the fries.

Ordered via Menulog. Worst Dessert Pizza ever. Only used like 2 small strawberries across entire pizza and it was $17 too. Wouldn’t offer refund. Never again.

The guy told us it would be just 2-3 mins to come out once we arrived at the store, however we waited for 40 mins to get our pizza and pasta. The pasta was definitely over cooked and its so soggy. Our nutella strawberry pizza base was not cooked. The pizza had just one thin slice strawberry on each pizza (8 slices). How can you justify charging $14.90 to a customer for this? We will never go back there again.

You definitely get your moneys worth. The half rack of lamb taste amazing. Well cooked and not over powered by the sauce/glaze.
Chips beautiful as well.

Ordered a few meals via menu log. Delivery estimate was 80 mins from ordering.
Figured it was a busy night and was happy to wait. Called closer to delivery time to verify it would arrive on eta.
Guy replied “brother it’s gonna be another 30 mins. ”

Nachos? Secondly I’m not ur “brother” I’m a paying customer!
Cancelled my order and ordered dominos.arrived in 20 mins with a smile.

Tasty well done food everytime and THE best Nutella pizza you will try! Absolutely would recommend their food.

Amazing food my husband and I have been wanting to try this place for sometime. We tried for the first time today and we were very impressed. The chips were delicious, ribs were falling off the bone yum and the chicken tenders were well seasoned and just yum. Highly reccomend.

Lots of mixed reviews here, but the two times I've ordered pizza + big chips, we've been very happy with our experience. Pizza is good enough for the money, but my husband (who is very fussy when it comes to chips), absolutely LOVES the chips.

Dont go there! It's a waste of money. No management and taste of pizza is awful. Most horrible pizza I ever taste

Lamb ribs were veerrry tough and pork ribs werebt cooked right through. Very dissapointed wudent recommend to go there again.

The worst place ever we have been to. No ethics no etiquettes how to serve a customer. Will not recommend anyone to be there.
