I've had smokin joes plenty of times. For the first time I introduced it to my wife and she absolutely loved it. The meat was tender and juicy absolutely amazing as always. Highly recommend A+

First time trying this joint out and we ordered the carbonara. It was so salty we couldn't even eat it. When I called to give them feedback, they said their pastas are salty because of a seceret ingredient they use.never ordering from here again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, I definitely recommend this place. Please try the chips there! Seasoning is perfect and also try out the pizzas and ribs, full of flavor. I will come back again to share with my family.

Very disappointed. Did not receive half the items I had ordered. Rang and attempted to resolve with staff. Staff member was rude and refused to refund or replace the missing items.

The worst customer experience in pizza shop. Mistakes may happen but never consistently. First time put the blame on me for not making the order over the phone not through website. He said he could correct the mistake if i can wait another half an hour when i had already waited in store for 45 minutes. Second time, it was hygiene issue, whn i found few strands of hair in the pizza. After inspecting he was like he could find only one strand not many. But he refunded me for the pizza. And on leaving he asked me if still wanted the filthy pizza. Wont visit again just because of the attitude of the owner.

It's a really nice place to try, staff are friendly and service is fast. Pizza and the seasoned chips have plenty of flavour.

I was introduced to Smokin' Joe's @Deer Park by my son. The truth is having been to New York and eaten Pizza in Brooklyn NYC, it's encouraging to know that SJ'S does a New Yorker, NYC slices and my son's favourite is half Margarita and half BBQ Chicken. The tastiness, flavoursome palette brings good memories of NYC. The Fish and Chips also doesn't disappoint either. All in all pending your own taste buds, try it out sometime if you're in the neighbourhood.

We ordered 3 traditional pizza, garlic bread and fat chips.

Pizza weren't the best, not much topping on it even though we requested for extras, we were charged for the extras but the pizzas were still as a basic. The fat chips was about the only good thing out of the order.

We ordered from this pizza place due to all our regular pizza places we're closed. Will not be ordering from here again.

I usually buy carbonara and it used to amazing.
Last two times servings have been half the size and not very nice at all. Had to wait for over 5mins to place my order as well in store.

I was disrespected and told I ordered the wrong food, this is the third time I've come to this store and been told the same thing previously. I don't know how management is running this store clearly their very inexperienced

Doesn’t even deserve a one, took 3 hours to get here and the pizza was trash and cold worst experience ever

I asked for extra creamy pasta they added more water to my pasta. Thanks for the soup pasta.

Not helpful at all, called the restaurant because the order I requested had not been delivered. They didn't even try to get my order pretending that they wouldn't know what order was. Absolutely disgusting service never ordering from them again

I went in and ordered my favourite king prawn risotto. I was so looking forward to it only to discover when I got home that it was the vegetarian risotto. By this time it was too late to do anything. I wanted Mediterranean pizza, I got cheese pizza for $15 taste worsest pizza I ever tasted! I had a delicious one 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing

I want 3 pizza and had 2 delivered and I wait 1 hour 55 minutes for 2 pizza not 3 I want on delivered i said take them back it half my order not happening if you can't get it right i don't want it

Worse customer service I had in a very long time. Nothing is worse than having family dinner and not getting the correct orders and missing items, yet they have the audacity to lie to you and say complain elsewhere. Never gonna support deer park smoking joe in anyway ever. It is unfortunate I could not give it a zero star.
