Smokin joes Pizza & Grill Berwick

Ok so i had the need to edit this post. The last time i went to smokin joes it was absolutely night and day from my first experience, this time around the order was correct, it was fast, the pizza was fantastic as well as the garlic bread and staff wore friendly and organised. I am impressed with the improvment a+ I will be back for more

Have been looking for decent take away pizzas, pasta and risotto in Berwick for a few years and have found it! We ordered a large Moroccan Lamb Pizza, large Chorizo Pizza, King Prawn Risotto and Bad Boy Beer Battered Chips tonight for dinner - extremely impressed with quality and quantity. Customer service was also great. If you haven't been to the Parkhill Berwick Smokin Joes, you are missing out on some great food!

I ordered one pizza through Menulog and not only did it take more than an hour to get here, when it was delivered I wasn’t notified. Only when I called them did I find out that I had an old, stone cold pizza sitting at
my front door! Horrible service. Terrible Mismanagement. Never going to get food here again, and neither should you!

The best pizza in Berwick. Amazing taste and perfectly cooked.

We have had smokin Joe's before and it has always been AMAZING. And after an insanely long day of moving from the other side of Melbourne we thought we would get something that we knew would be good.it was a total waste of money.

Firstly he answered the phone like I had inconvenienced him by wanting to purchase food from his shop then he had no idea what pizzas we were ordering.like shouldn't you know your menu?

The pizzas were not at all what I have had from multiple other locations.the Potata had no flavour and the potato was barely even cooked and it was the best of the bunch.

The "Roast" Pumpkin pizza. I am pretty certain the pumpkin was actually microwaved not roasted.it was watery and had a strange texture.and the rest of the toppings were pretty much inedible as well.

It has totally put us off and it was SO expensive for pizza we could barely eat.disgusting!

When the $5 loaf of garlic bread is the highlight of your $50+ meal it tells you everything you should know.

The Chicken Caesar salad was absolutely drowned in dressing and soggy, Chicken skewers that weren’t on skewers were over sauced, chips way too salty and on top of that the drinks we ordered and paid for didn’t arrive with our meal.

If you are local to Parkhill choose somewhere else, plenty of good restaurant options there.unfortunately this isn’t one of them

Rude man serving and Bad pizza. The other day we ordered a pizza and the man serving was so rude and looked like he didn’t want to be there. Pizza was bad and expensive. When this store first open it was good but this place has gone downhill. Lost business and a customer because of the service you guys provide.

Amazing food. I love the way they cook the gnocchi.
I would recommend everyone the smokin joes in park hill.

Ordered large spaghetti $17.
When I got home and opened the bag it was LESS than HALF filled.
Called up to complain and was told that’s how it comes.
They didn’t even want me to bring it back to have a look.
Never ever again. I will spread the bad experience.

As a regular customer, the staff are always polite and go above and beyond their service. And the food is excellent!

Terrible food, overcooked chicken hardly any chips. Gnocchi floating in oil, tasteless. Prawn risotto tasteless prawns not fresh. Very disappointing, we have had a few good meals but the last couple of times not good. Wont be ordering again from them. This food couldn't have been cooked by a chef, total rubbish.

Ordered the chicken parma. I could not believe the smell from the chicken. Was very obvious that a frozen one was used for it. I know that some RSL's even do that but this one was a lot worse. Could have been in fridge for a while. Plus with cheap sliced ham on it (same one used for pizza sadly). Honestly best out of all was garlic bread (likely a homebrand one). Well yes, I know it is commercial cooking but please. Make the quality better for locals.

I was told 15 minutes- checked after 1/2 hr you had no idea where it was. Offered me one that had been sitting on top of the oven that was barely warm. Waited another 15 minutes only to find you had forgotten the garlic bread. Had to wait for you to cook it while I was standing there with my pizza getting cold. Over 45 minutes cold pizza and no apology.
Considering there is a couple of other pizza shops in the parkhill plaza shops, I know where I’ll be going.

AJ’s produced the goods again, I live in Narre and have converted 3 other neighbours now that this is the best pizza, ribs, Parma going round

Gave me food poisoning from the seafood gnocchi that I ordered. The food tasted absolutely disgusting. The Gnocchi was from the freezer and also the seafood, the sauce was barely even average.

Will never be going here again and now my stomach is paying the price due to their blatant incompetence.

Everyone, boycott this establishment I have been sick all morning and night!

I ordered 3 pizzas today to support a new small business in this area. The customer service was great.the people are lovely and the pizzas were very tasty. Thankyou.keep up the good work

As this place is new to the area we thought we would try it out. We ordered a pizza and it was nice, their menu looks to have some delicious stuff which we are keen to try out. Unfortunately they charge $6 delivery which I thought was a bit rough considering Johnny Boys pizza across the centre doesn't charge for home delivery, and the difference in the pizza isn't worth the $6 difference. The service is great over the phone but our pizza arrived an hour after making the call, which again if your going to charge for delivery at least have it delivered in a timely manner.

Sorry to say this, but we were very hopeful. Avid customer of the old OzDelights so naturally we wanted to try the new business. We attempted when they were just starting out, however they were too busy so came back three weeks after opening. Sad to say their pizza's had no flavour, except the Aussie, that was fantastic. The wait was half an hour for 3 pizzas on a quiet Tuesday night. Im sorry to say we won't be back.

Had lunch today to welcome month october. Very efficient and on point service. The family love their grilled selection especially the ribs and the steak. Also, they serve great crispy thick long chips with some addictive seasoning (herbs, chicken salt and brown sugar?), it taste better than Nando's. Will be back to try out other dishes on the menu soon.my brother said pasta was also great.

Had pizza last night. Amazing. The ppl at front are very responsive n caring although, the management is new but getting its pace very fast. Lucky to have the delicious taste next to my house.
