Had the Peri Peri Parma, it was amazing, chips were fresh and seasoned well. Large portion size, worth every cent. Definitely coming back here again.

Delicious pizza not only this but I also highly recommend that must try to eat pizza with your family and friends. Staffs is also cooperative.

Ordered a large buffalo chicken and large chicken supreme pizza. The pizza tasted amazing, affordable and the quality was high - loved every slice. The service and staff was all fantastic. Will definitely be back again

We had a take away recently from this place. Prawn risotto was above the notch. Lamb Ribs were so yummy and perfectly cooked, it is going to be our comfort food place for sure, can't wait to try their other items from the menu.

The guy who served me had such amazing customer service from the minute I walked through the door. It was my first time trying Smokin Joes berwick and he was very patient with me and even suggested items on the menu. Highly impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Will definitely be coming back.

Pizza is my favorite food and don't give out reviews often as well as being very critical to food but I've but been coming to Smoking Joe's Berwick for the last 3 years and the pizza's are mad! The chips are awesome and the parma is off its head the sauce on it really makes it! Customer service is always really nice and always gotten my food on time.

Me and the family where all sick today and could not attend a family gathering for Christmas Eve.
I can’t stop vomiting and going to the toilet, same with my partner.
We are poisoned over Christmas because the cheese or salami was obviously off and they couldn’t be bothered.
Will be calling for my money back and let’s see if they want to play games.

Absolutely disgraceful service tonight.
To blame your driver for missing items from our delivery, that it was his responsibility to pack the order? Seriously?
When asked if I could speak to your manager and to be told he's not working tonight.so who was in charge?
We have used this place on many occasions and never have I experienced such bad service.to hear you put me on hold and yell in the background about the missing items?
I felt very sorry and embarrassed when the driver delivered majority of order, then to be told on phone its his fault.
Who ever was the person answering the phone and your tone what a disgrace.

I ordered calamari rings. There was no calamari in the rings. Just batter.

Always get Friendly service and food is cooked to perfection as usual. All time favourite.

Lamb ribs and pizza was so good, chips were cut perfectly nice and thick and perfect for the ribs. So saucy. Pizza was nice fresh and cheesy, would definitely recommend my mouth is watering for more

Took an hour and a half to get my pizza. It was cold, wet and soggy. The base was soggy and literally fell apart and the topping was cold and they were the bits that weren't stuck to the box, the rest was absolute slop.pretty bad experience, used to be a regular but twice in a row with late delivery and a cold mess was delivered. Sad because they used to be ok.not worth the money anymore guys.and now after calling the store for a refund the manager is too busy to talk to me. I just wanted a refund and the person that took the call said they couldn't do it.

Always loved this place but tonight we waited nearly 3hours! For our delivery
At 7pm I called up and they said it’s nearly done, I than called up at 7.40 asking if it’s left and the guy said it’s leaving now, 8.05pm I call up again as it’s only a 10min drive and he said it’s leaving now! He completely lied to me about it leaving and now it’s 8: 30pm
Food arrived at 8: 40pm no compensations from the manger and two soft drinks missing and request for no jalapeños (I wrote in caps) completely ignored.

This pizza shop was the only Pizza shop that I used to takeaway from. Their Pizza used to be best Pakistani style pizza you can get in Melbourne. Never ever, not even once I felt less than amazing eating their Pizza in last 4 years. But from last 6 months I ordered thrice and I have had the worst experience with them. After they changed the name, I don’t know whether they’ve changed their kitchen staff but it’s really disappointing to see such an amazing restaurant loose their taste and quality. I hope they get they retrieve their taste that they once used to have.

Yummy pizzas with just the right crust, generous toppings. These ppl know their stuff. Have tried tandoori flavours from other places and never been happy but have never been disappointed with theirs.
My only go to place for pizza now.
