If you enjoy getting violent diarrhoea at 1am.this is the pizza place for you! (It made 3 family members sick!)
BASE:
Many bad reviews have mentioned this before, the dough! How can you NOT know how to make pizza dough at a pizza place? It’s kind of fundamental.its also not hard at all.
Due to there being way to many toppings and the dough being so thick, it was completely undercooked. Like mushy cardboard. It was SO covered in oil and fat we couldn’t even pick up a slice without everything sliding off and it turning to a pile of OILY MESS.
TOPPINGS:
Some advice for the owner.dumping on a stupid amount of low quality toppings, won’t disguise flavour or the fact that you have no clue how to make a pizza. Have you ever heard of, more is less? When you overload a pizza with toppings what happens? Well, you end up with an undercooked base…The cheese was like when you leave a pizza over night and it goes all hard and grey because the fat has separated.
CONCLUSION:
DISGUSTING absolutely horrible! There was NOTHING redeeming about this pizza at all.every element was sub par. I really don’t understand how a pizza place can be this bad. It really isn’t hard to make a good pizza.get a decent dough recipe, use good ingredients and don’t under cook it… its very simply. This place seems to think they will make more money by cutting corners and using the cheapest ingredients they can find. No doubt this will fail and ownership with change hands once again.
