Smokin Joe's Pizza & Grill

Lol I can’t with this place. I ordered a pizza for delivery, a regular ol pepperoni and pineapple pizza, pretty straightforward. They delivered baked dough with pepperoni and pineapple. No cheese. And I don’t even know what happened with the sauce. It looks like the started to put it on then got distracted… which maybe explains the lack of cheese also. I called and they offered me 20% off my next pizza. Dough with pepperoni was fed to the dogs. Without the pizza, I paid $41 for chips lol

Made a phone order and attended 25 mins later to pick up. (At a time where the shop was relatively quiet.) When I told the girl at the counter my name, she just wandered off without replying and looked rather confused. Another staff member who I assume was the manager approached a couple of minutes later and apologised explaining that the order hadn't been started and they would make them right away. I would've thought they would offer some type of voucher or discount considering their stuff up. Clearly customer service is not their strong suit. Pizzas were ok but won't be back.

Ordered new yorker spicy paneer pizza was massive and loaded with sufficient toppings highly recommended

2: 45 for delivery. Been burned by this place before. ‘Under new Management’ thought I’d try again and it’s worse.

Over priced, under cooked rubbish. Ordered ribs and supposed to come with salad. Lamb ribs were inedible and raw while the pork ribs were cheapest cuts available. Never again

Ordered pizzas and pasta for home delivery a couple of times since the change in ownership. Food was really tasty both times and will definitely be ordering again!

Just ordered 3 pizzas for the family. Sorry guys but the most untasteful pizza we have ever had. Margarita had barely any sauce, Macedonian again
No toppings and chicken was just gross. The pizza dough seemed very old and dry will not waste my money here again

It was very bad, the pork ribs were tough, don't expect falling of the bone, the chicken peaces were to much marinated and the salad with no dressing at all was very poor. This was first time and last time for me! When I rang my complaint they just hang up

I ordered risotto and a few other items from here and found the rice to be undercooked. Called up and explained the situation and Jesse who picked up my call was very apologetic and happily made me another one with a complementary garlic bread! Superb customer service, and the food tastes great. Thank you very much, will definitely be back

Food is ok. Takes a while to be made. The staff are friendly enough. But just double check your whole order is included.

Pizza base was coarse, not elastic, not soft and moist, I suspect pre-made? The chicken wings were dry, maybe reheated? Would not recommend. I also bought a smallish tub of ben & jerrys for around 14.save your money and go to a local grocer or deli and get a big tub of gelato.

Pizza was terrible under cooked warm at best asked on phone before make shore pizza hot when delivered also forgot part of order wont go back there disappointed smokin joes

I won't say this is the best of all, but certainly a restaurant with meals you won't regret purchasing.
Just got a serve of spahetti delivered and it is nice and hot, and incredibly large for one serve. The chips are perfectly seasoned and big enough for a meal already.
You guy should really update your uber menu because it is waaaaaaay smaller in the advertising picture.

I ordered pizza yesterday, totally disappointing. They put too much sauce on the pizza and the sauce was running all around the pizza and the box. Filling of the New Yorker pizza worth $32 was very less. Waited nearly 60min for nothing. I never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a large Aussie with what was meant to be hot Salami. I ate 2 slices of the pizza it was that bad. I will never return nore recommend this.pizza place in my life. Absolutly most discussing pizza I have ever tasted. I would rather a frozen pizza from Coles

We've ordered the pizzas several times, pretty average. We tried the wings last time, very disappointed, the box was soggy and the salad was leaking some kind of liquid, we asked for a bag so it wouldn't go everywhere in the car, and the staff were not helpful. Compared to ones we normally get at the south Morang store, the wings tasted off and were tiny. The chips however was great, only reason to give 3 stars.

Amazing place, great food, top quality, servings as large as you can imagine. Prices are according to the quality of the food and the service you get there. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work! Everything I have tried there is delicious and unmatched with other pizza shops. Very recommended Chicken Parmi, Lamb ribs, chicken nuggets (real chicken, not flavoured flour).

This place has gone through a few ownerships in last 5 years. The current crew headed by Oscar is wonderful.
The quality and service are always consistent and exceptional.
The way Oscar focuses on cleaning the place and keeping it family friendly is really great.

The food was lovely.chicken and mushroom sauce fillet and a salad and mushroom risotto i ordered was yummy.
Everything was cooked perfectly, really delicious food thankyou and very fresh.
The portion sizes are ginormous tho omg i dont know who to feed with all this food.i hope i can get through all this over the next few days, i might have to freeze some of it. Thanks again guys keep up the good work
