Never received order and when I tried to call over 21+ times no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.they will rip you off

Worst experience ordered through uber eats they say they have there own drivers and can't be tracked then food never arrived tryed to call store but nothing no answer if I could give you store zero stars I would it's nothing but a scam please stay away Worst kebab shop in Melbourne

Edit.yes food arrived was made at 8.26pm according to receipt wasn't delivered till 10pm not fresh at all

Do NOT order with Uber Eats. Delivers to wrong address even though it’s 4 minutes away, uninterested in fixing the problem and generally very unprofessional.

Food never arrived. We called for hours. Called multiple times. We could either not get through, we're hung up on, or told it would get there at some point. Horrible customer service. Can say nothing for the quality of the food as we never received it.

Definitely the best hsp i have ever had in my life, idk what they put in it to make it that amazing! The staff are amazing aswell and theirs always the best music

Love the atmosphere here! Great music, awesome staff and AMAZING food! Definitely my favourite place to stop at when I have the late night munchies. I usually get either the chips (extra crunchy!) with melted cheese or a chicken pide. Would highly recommend both options!

Horribly bad food. Ordered a chicken Gozleme for takeaway and it was stale, dripping with oil and tasted so so bad. Never again!

Had bad experiences here in the past but thought I'd give it another go.
This time I ordered with one small group of 3 before me and ended up waiting almost 30min for my kebab. Not even an apology for the wait and the foil was all wrapped up inside the kebab. Should have gone to Istanbul or somewhere else.

The best kebabs and hsp's in the city period, if i want to have the late night meal smith kebabs will be always always be the first in my list, its filling having really great quantity they've got really great customer service, the employee are really friendly they will really take great care of you, even when its busy you will get your food in time, and its located in the best location close to all pubs and clubs, I really recommend smith kebabs and I know as you try smith kebabs once you will be going there again again

Dropped in at 430 in the morning after work to get something quick to eat.
Ordered a large HSP and couldn't believe the size of the thing.
The chips were nicely seasoned and the meat was juicy.

Really good. Huge meat portions with great flavour. Good value for money, will 100% order again.

This place is by far the best kebab place. Every time I feel like a kebab, I order from here. It is absolutely delicious and I’m satisfied each and every time. The staff is very friendly also. Thank you so much I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

I have had so many end-of-night meals here. You can't go past cheap pizza-by-the-slice when it's 4am and you need to soak up the night's festivities!

They give you a receipt with a number on it but dont tell you that you need that receipt to collect that order even though they just served you, then refuse to give you your order when you dont have the receipt.

My first halal snack pack- it was amazing.
The staff were very friendly, and the kebabs, chips and HSP were really really yummy. Nice environment and close to the theatres, toilet and shops.

Very bad service. Very low quality food. Yesterday, I went there and ordered hsp. They took around half an hour to make my food. And the food was really bad. I will never go there again in my whole life. They have a bad attitude and I will recommend my friends that, do not visit this place. Don’t waste your precious time and money by visiting this place.

Our friends recommended and we ordered a large vegetarian pizza for our lunch. It's superb! They have the best pizza in the neighbourhood. Very friendly service. Will be back soon.

Price is above average though. Had a case where a kebab was not as fresh as I've enjoyed before. Place would be better with consistency.

Low quality food, rest over wasted lamb chopped on grill. I told the owner that i worked in the kebab shop and he is telling his own stories to engage intead of serving a quality food. Not satisfied.
