AMAZING! Honestly 5 stars isnt enough for these guys they did such an amazing job! I just moved into my new house and the backyard was all dirt and rocks and rubbish and not safe at all for my 5 month old pup Max. These guys completely transformed my backyard in just a couple of days and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with! We now have perfect green grass and a sand pit for the pup dig in, could not be happier! Anyone looking to get landscaping done i highly highly recommend these guys

I got my artificial turf done through smiling rock. The final product is of amazing quality. They re-did anything I was not happy with until I was perfectly satisfied with the finish. From site works to final installation, I am very very happy with the job. Highly recommend these guys for artificial turf (I got the supreme which looks amazing).

We came across Smiling Rock on Instagram a few months ago when trying to find artificial turf suppliers in Melbourne to plan our project. We visited their warehouse in Sunshine North which was open on a Saturday and found they had a large range of good quality artificial turf to choose from. In the end we selected Supreme 40mm as it looked the most natural and was quite lush underfoot.

We asked about installation while at the warehouse and we were promptly contacted the same day to arrange a time to quote. Zac was very accommodating and was able to meet on our schedule which ended up being after hours one night. He provided some guidance and ideas into the design including, very importantly, the direction the grass would be laid as to achieve the most natural finish.

True to his word he sent through the quote the next day, and we locked the team in to start in a couple of weeks time. As part of the job we also requested that our existing garden was demolished - this meant pulling up old pavers and removing old artificial grass, plus levelling out the uneven ground so we could achieve a smooth finish with the new grass. A lot of prep work was required!

We had 2-3 of the team at our place for 4 days. The guys turned up punctually by 7: 30am every day and worked really hard until 5-6pm. Gavin, Zac and Silvia were meticulous with our requirements which included a border of brick pavers around the grass and some very tricky angles requiring lots of bricks to be cut. The ground was smoothed and levelled and the grass looks fab. They also left the site clean and tidy.

The project turned out beautifully and we now have a gorgeous, safe, functional space in our garden. Thanks so much Zac, Gavin and Silvia!

Called up and spoke with Zac urgently needing instant turf and was able to get some and delivered within a few hours along with sand, weed mat nails and turf nails. Product was great and service was 5 stars considering it was last minute. Would definitely use again! Thanks again.

Zac & team are an amazing bunch of professionals in landscaping. We started blank on our garden designs, Zac came up with many ideas and photos. Once we finalised a design Zac made it possible to bring our imagination to reality. More than his ideas, Zac & his team's professionalism and craftsmanship was adorable. Whenever we came up with changes to our existing design, Zac was patient with us and helped us bringing our ideas to life. I would very well recommend Smilingrock for any landscaping work. Great experience dealing with Zac. Super friendly and accommodating. On the day, Neil and Gavin (sorry if i spelt it wrong) were punctual and very helpful. We completed the job on the day, even though it was the week of torrential rain. Zac has also kindly offered to review the job once the ground has settled and ensure that i'm happy with it.
