I have not received what I paid for The company has not made any attempt to help with this situation. I paid extra for delivery and still no product has arrived. Very very disappointing service - will never use again. In response to your response, I never stated 'hahaha ' in actual fact i informed you many times I needed the sendle tracking number so I could track the delivery as I told you in our email I could not open the file, i never reveived the tracking number but have spoken to sendle who continie to suggest the sand was never transported. Happy to share the corresspondance

I went to see Smiling Rock to purchase turf for my courtyard. From the outset the staff were incredibly helpful and obliging and drew a diagram to show how they had calculated the amount of turf required and how to place it. I had exactly the right amount with minimal left over. The delivery was seamless and on time. The turf itself was of fantastic quality and cheaper than what I would have paid at Bunnings. It was easy to lay and I couldn't be happier with the result

Based on Zac's reference I chose Dekan Turf to install artificial turf in my backyard. I chose 40mm Spring turf supplied by Smiling rock, and I know why Zac recommended Dekan turf, because their work is spot on. My backyard is functional and looks great. I highly recommend Smiling rock for great quality artificial grass.
