Great for building leadership and confidence. It's turned me from a boy to a man through learning values and thinking outside the box!

I highly recommend this club for those who aim to improve public speaking skills. Through trial and error in meetup, I finally find SmashSpeak which is a life changer for me. At the beginning, I was too introverted and nerve-racking to talk, especially impromptu speech, but now I feel much more confident. Thanks to Ross, I’ve learned some techniques to make my speech more intriguing. I also appreciate that all supportive members constantly encourage me and provide me with constructive suggestions. In addition to that, many good vibes from this club allow me to completely chill out, and at the same time I do have self-growth. I feel like it is killing two birds with one stone. Last but not least, some ideas from other members’ speech are thought-provoking and way innovative, and this helps me think from different perspectives. Overall,

I have found SmashSpeak to be very engaging and enjoyable. I have been there for a couple of months, and I have found the other members have been very supportive of me. They are very welcoming and share their experiences easily. Even over this relatively short period I have found that my confidence, my ability to think on the spot and my skills in speaking in public have improved immensely. The best part is the helpful atmosphere- where tips on speaking in public are shared fervently and feedback is generously given. Members come from many different countries and I enjoy mixing with this diverse range of personalities.

SmashSpeak is a wonderful opportunity to all those who really want to learn public speaking and improve their communication. I have been with smashSpeaking since 3 months and I am amazed to see positive change in me. Great platform to work on speaking skills. Best thing is you can't prepare. And that's what builds the confidence with time.

You'll come across wide variety of tasks, which makes it entertaining as well.

An awesome group of highly motivated people! I'd been thinking about attending something similar for a long time before mustering the courage to attend my first meet. After the first, I was hooked! I'd highly encourage anyone thinking about joining to jump on board:)

I have been attending this club from past 6 months and I learned a lot from this group. I like the Black Lanyard course particularly where you will be judged on different skills at each level. For those who would like to speak fluently like a professional speaker, SMASH SPEAK is the place you have to be.

Smashspeak is a great club that helps improve my public speaking skills. I used to repeat the same ideas several times during a speech combined with a lots of uhm ah which makes the speech disrupted. I could also hardly speak for more than 1 minutes. After 2 months constantly practise with Smashspeak zoom meetings, I now can deliver an improvisation speech on any topic for more than 5 minutes. Smashspeak is run by a dedicated and energetic host who has devoted his time to run zoom meetings everyday and give constructive and helpful feedback. I can’t be thankful enough for Smaskspeak who has horned my speaking skills. My husband also joined Smashspeak after seeing my improvements. Smashspeak has been part of our household’s development. Thank you so much.

Am I glad I found this group! Smashing Speaking is club for people looking to build their self confidence and practice public speaking in various scenarios (impromptu speeches, debating, story telling, games) all in a safe and supportive environment. I cannot believe how much my confidence has grown in the four meetings I have attended. I would highly recommend this group to absolutely anyone who is ever apprehensive when speaking in public, in small groups or big, socially or at work.this is the place to face that fear and meet really interesting people of all ages and backgrounds.

I was really nervous about public speaking but gave it a go. To my surprise it was really easy to meet new people. They broke us up into smaller groups where I was encouraged to talk with a few people. I actually found it really easy & was surprised at how much my confidence grew from just a few meetings. My only regret is thinking about it for months before trying, do it now & you’ll never look back, you’ve got this:)

The most fun you’ll have doing public speaking! Smashing is full of lovely people from all walks of life. Becoming a member has really helped to grow my confidence. When I first joined I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I had to speak in front of people but now it barely phases me.

I've recently joined to improve my public speaking skills. I'm very much a beginner and definitely still feel the nerves, but everyone is very welcoming and nobody takes anything too seriously. It's a lot more fun than I was expecting!

Smashing the envelope provides a different experience to other clubs which focuses on high energy captivating presentations. Different formats are explored and members and guests are encouraged to participate during all meetings.

Best place to go if you want to overcome your public speaking fear or want to improve your speaking skills. What sets it apart are: members and visitors from diverse backgrounds, age groups, speaking skill levels, depth of content and it’s contagious positive energy.
