Writing a review on behalf of my mum:
She has asked me to leave a review as she has enjoyed the service from her beautician, Ann over the past few years who is at this location. Although she doesn't attend very often anymore due to her results being successful after her laser hair removal, each time she goes in for the top up session she is reminded on the reasons why she has never looked elsewhere

Went for the first time to smart skin Moonee Ponds on a Saturday to try Lipo Freeze. Clinic seemed quite busy and only one person running the shop. Had to wait at least 20 mins before being attended to. I have to say it was certainly worth the wait. Eva was amazing. She was patient, answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. She was excellent! Great service!

I had my eyebrows done 4 times here and had to pay every time.
First time they turned blue
Second time they turned red
Third time they turned a different shade of red
And the last time they turned even more red.
I have been stuck with horrible red eye brows for the last 2-3 yrs.my hair is black and my skin in light olive and my eye brows are red!

Absolutely love this place! I'm currently on my second session for laser hair removal and the service has been amazing and very affordable.
I would highly recommended the Lovely Anne from the moone ponds store to anyone, she is amazing and very knowledgable in what she does. Highly recommendeded.

RUDE STAFF HAVE NO COMMUNICATION AMONGST EACH OTHER! I guess it is a experience with groupons, but have bought a groupon for 4 sessions of laser arm. Have called the staff to make all bookings and when I go there none of my bookings are in the system! This incident happen twice! Second incident happened today and we called tice to double check and make sure we booked the last session on the Groupon package, the staff said yes it was our last session for sure, HOWEVER turns out we had to pay a greater amount of money then planned because apparently we did not book our last session of the package but a random laser treatment! Rip me off twice! Paid them 3 times the amount of money than wanted from the Groupon. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE! TRYING TO ONLY GAIN MONEY! Have no communication between staff members as the only way they communicate to each other about their clients is through their "system" which will always causing misunderstanding and clients to pay extra amount of money!

The worst place to have your eyebrows feathered! Had my first appointment last year. Left the clinic completely pleased as the ink was fresh! A few days later the ink peeled off and i was left with a few feathered lines. The assistant had talked myself and my sister in law into pre-purchasing a $99 eyebrow feathering top-up in order to save $100 on our next visit. Went back a few months later for the top up. Same thing happened to myself and my sister in law. Waste of money and products are definitely of low quality. What's the point of getting our eyebrows feathered if we have to fill them in with a pencil that same week! Never again
