They told me the Toro stump grinder is available, once I got there it wasn't there and the available one was larger than the Toro one and can't fit from the gate.
The stuff was rude and unprofessional.
Even they didn't try to apologize or help me.
Really disappointed services, I will not think to go there again

Was sent to Smart Hire Oakleigh by one of the staff members at the original Carnegie branch which I visit very often, Had a fencing job in Oakleigh South and was much more convenient to pick up the tool I needed from the Oakleigh branch, I phoned and spoke to Sebastian, a lovely and very kind customer service assistant, as soon as I arrived he had already knew who I was and straight away got all the paperwork ready and instructed me on the next steps to explain how the machine I needed works and mentioned that if I returned it before 5pm I would get a 20% discount of the daily rate (GREAT!)
as I stepped outside I bumped into this angel of a human called Haym (I hope i spelt it correctly.) He might have been the boss or not sure but a VERY lovely man.
He noticed my work shirt was a bit worn down and torn (part of the job I guess.) and straight away went inside and grabbed me a medium sized Smart Hire work shirt and gave it to me for free of charge!
Thank you Haym and Sebastian for a wonderfull service and and amazing customer service, and yeah by the way, the machine I hired worked perfectly and I was very satisfied (as always)
