I've been dropping by every Saturday since Covid-19 lockdown to grab a coffee when I do my shop in Footscray. The coffees are great, I love it when a barista remembers your coffee (partner has one of those annoying, long strong soy lattes with half a sugar orders)! Looking forward to getting back onto the food!
Small Graces continues to delight! I am so happy to see them back open for dine in service. I went in today and the new pineapple waffles were delicious, the coffee was superb and the staff (as always) were lovely! If I could give them 500 stars, I would.
Hands down the best café in Melbourne. From the quality and creativity of the food with its unique Australian-South American blend (even the cookies are incredible!), to the coffee from one of Melbourne's best baristas and the friendliness of all of the staff, we are truly spoilt to have Small Graces in the West side of town.
Personally this is a great coffee shop with a friendly staff. The food, coffee, and experience are consistently great. And it is hands down my go to

The Benny al Pastor (Eggs Benedict) and Huevos pericos (Colombian style eggs) are amazing and highly recommended.
Great option in Footscray for lunch away from the main strip.

Honestly it's not special at all, coffee was below Melbourne standards for me and serving size also smaller than average. It seems like one of those places that's only a "name" among the locals which gives the persona it's the place to be. But as a total stranger to Footscray who simply stumbled in without any bias. The coffee is overpriced, underserved, and frothing technique is poor. It's drinkable but nothing special as I said earlier.
