Absolutely disgusted with the level of service I received from Farra. We scheduled a call and I hadn't filled out some paper work that she hadnt sent me when I had asked her to send twice. The day of the interview with her she, left me hanging advising that she needed the paper work done. I then proceeded to tell her for the 3rd time I never received it. She then quickly emailed me advising that I had to fill it out before interviewing I did it within 7 mins and then she said she was in another meeting and has to reschedule. Terrible experience. It's clearly a numbers game foe these people and their treatment of a human being is literally disgusting!

I was assisted by Jess H in acquiring a new role. Process was prompt and she kept me well informed and checked in regularly through out the process which I really appreciated. I would recommend them to any employers or professionals looking for a career assistance.

Just want to say how disgusted i am from one of the recruiters i believe the name is Ishmael

He notified me on a position and once called got told to call him back the next day and he will be providing with further details on interview…didn’t reply back to text messages and calls throughout the following week! - completely ghosted me on this position!

believing there was an issue with his phone i called Ishmael on another phone to see if he was responsive and he answered the call!

Could not believe how UNPROFESSIONAL that service was, if the position was filled.call or text to inform me!
Don’t just ghost me leaving me in the dark saying the position has an opening and that i should contact you the next day to set up further details/interview

do not recommend with services such as this at all at least from ISHMAEL

Initially I got a call from Jess, and then interviewed by Ella. Both girls were absolutely amazing, so encouraging and professional and made finding a career a very smooth process. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you lovelies!
